Our product is manufactured according to the standard rules. We kindly remind that you to read the user manual carefully for having the best performance against your expectations from the product and using for long time and be sure the other users read it, too. Please care about the rules written below before calling the service.

2. WARNINGS

Please read this manual carefully and be sure the other users read it, before the product is installed and operated for first. The product will be out of warranty if you operate the device without reading the user manual. The user manual should be written carefully to install, use and the maintenance of the product that you have bought. The electrical circuit that you will plug in your product, should be suitable for the legislations. The faults are in your responsibility which are occurred by your electrical circuit. Please call the authorized service to have more information about the subjects that you have doubts or misunderstand. We wish you to have the best performance from the product. You will be charged when you want service next to you about this product.

3. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT

The device is produced to serve hot chocolate and sahlep with heating the water to serve warm food which used in the industrial kitchen services (collective food services, restaurants, touristic places, buffets and etc.)

4. SAFETY DETAILS

Things to do and security warnings before using your hot chocolate, sahlep and milk machine:

  1. Please clean your device very well before using it for the first time.
  2. Check the device for water in the water tank. Please check the transparent polycarbonate water level indicator located on the main body. If the device is operated without water, the resistance will burn. Damages caused by operating the device without water are not covered by warranty.
  3. Please set your device on a dry surface.
  4. The device works with 220-230 Volt ~ 50-60 Hz electricity.
  5. The device should be plugged into a grounded socket. Ensure you have a grounded line in your electricity circuit.
  6. The grounded system of the electricity circuit should be made by an authorized person. Problems caused by using the electricity circuit without a grounded system are not the company's responsibility.
  7. Do not pull the device by its electric cable to unplug it from the socket. Damages to the electric cable can cause electrical shocks.

5. USING THE DEVICE

  1. Unpack the device from its box.
  2. Check the device for damage. Contact the transport company if it is damaged.
  3. Before first use, the polycarbonate tank should be cleaned with warm water (45-60°C). You can clean the device with dish detergent.
  4. Fill water from the transparent pipe located on the stainless steel body. Continue filling water until it comes from the water evacuation pipe at the front of the device.
  5. Drain the food into the polycarbonate tank. (Fill the food when the mixer is fixed. Do not fill the food when the mixer is not fixed). The liquid food can enter the device while draining if the mixer is not fixed, potentially damaging the reducer and voiding the warranty.
  6. Plug the device into the electricity socket.
  7. Set the thermostat to 90°C. Turn on the mixer switch.
  8. Do not operate the device without water.
  9. The polycarbonate inner tank is for sahlep and chocolate. Prepare the food outside the device and then drain it into the device.
  10. The sahlep and chocolate tank is fixed and cannot be removed.

5.3. REMOVING THE FOOD TANK

  1. Empty the food from the device.
  2. Unplug the device from the electricity socket.
  3. Remove the mixer palettes. (Be careful not to remove the mixer shaft).
  4. The food tank can be removed by pulling it upwards.
  5. Clean the gasket on the food tank after every removal.

5.4. FIXING THE FOOD TANK

  1. Check if the gasket is present on the food tank.
  2. If there is no gasket, attach one.
  3. Wet the surface of the gasket. Remove the mixer palettes.
  4. The food tank can be placed by pushing it downwards.
  5. Place the mixer palettes.

The life of the device is about 10 years if used according to the recommendations in the user manual.

6.4. FAULTS AND FAULT SOLUTIONS

  1. The device is connected to the electricity socket but is not working!
    • Check the main circuit breaker.
    • Check the electric cable of the device.
    • Check the thermostat.
    • If the problem persists, please call the authorized service. Do not attempt to fix it yourself.
  2. Reductor is not turning!

    Reason: The shaft is not placed or removed.

    Solution: Remove the shaft and place it correctly.

  3. The resistance is not warming up!

    Reason: The thermostat has been adjusted to a low value.

    Solution: Adjust the thermostat to a higher value.

    Reason: The water in the stainless steel tank has decreased.

    Solution: Fill water from the transparent pipe located on the stainless steel body.

    Reason: The resistance is limed.

    Solution: Clean the resistance with vinegar or lemon salt.

    Reason: The resistance is damaged.

    Solution: Call the technical service.

  4. Liquid comes from the tank!

    Reason: The food tank is not placed or there is no gasket.

    Solution: Check the gasket and ensure it is placed correctly, or place it again.

    Reason: The tank is fractured or broken.

    Solution: Get a brand new food tank.

  5. The tap is dribbling!

    Reason: There is some residual food in the tap.

    Solution: Take apart and clean the top of the tap.
