Controller Overview
Controller Mode LED: Indicates the current mode of the controller.
USB-C Port: Used for charging and wired connection.
Player Number LED: Displays the player number.
Mode Button: Double-clicks to change mode. Long press for power off, short press for power on.
SYNC Button: Long press 2 seconds above to start scrolling LEDs to pair.
Calibration
Gyroscope Calibration
In the power-on state, with the controller placed on a flat surface, simultaneously press the '+', '-', D-pad Left, and 'A' buttons. This initiates automatic gyroscope calibration. The controller will vibrate once upon completion. Calibration is not necessary if the gyroscope is functioning normally.
Joystick, ZL & ZR Trigger Calibration
To enter calibration mode, simultaneously press the 'L', 'R', D-pad Left, and 'A' buttons for 6 seconds while the controller is powered on. Fully move the left and right joysticks in complete circles 2-3 times. Calibration is complete when the calibrated joystick's light ring turns green. The controller exits calibration mode automatically when both joysticks' light rings turn green.
Pairing Methods
PC Pairing
- Bluetooth Pairing (125Hz Polling Rate):
- Switch the controller to 'Bluetooth' mode. Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light scrolls to start pairing.
- Search for and add 'GuliKit Controller' in your computer's Bluetooth settings.
- The interface displays 'Connected', indicating successful pairing.
- Wired Connection (1000Hz Polling Rate):
- Set the controller to 'Wired' mode. Connect one end of the data cable to the controller and the other to a USB A port on your computer. For desktop computers, use a rear USB port for a more stable connection.
- PC Exclusive KK3 'Hyperlink' Adapter (1000Hz Polling Rate):
- Set the controller to 'Hyperlink' mode. Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light scrolls to start pairing.
- Insert the adapter into the computer's USB port. Press the pairing button on the adapter once; the light flashes quickly to enter pairing mode.
- Both controller and adapter indicator lights will remain solid, indicating successful pairing.
Switch Pairing
- Method 1:
- On the Switch, go to controller settings.
- Set the controller to 'B' mode. Long press the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light scrolls to start pairing.
- The Switch interface displays connection to the new controller.
- Method 2:
- Set the controller to 'B' mode. Connect one end of the data cable to the controller and the other to a USB A port on the Switch dock.
- Place the Switch console on the dock. The controller pairs automatically.
- After successful pairing, unplug the data cable for wireless use, or leave it plugged in for wired mode.
Android, iOS, and macOS Pairing
- Double-click the mode button to switch to 'iOS' mode.
- Hold the pairing button for 2 seconds; the indicator light scrolls to start pairing.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings, enable Bluetooth, and tap 'Add New Device' or 'Scan for Devices'.
- Select 'Xbox Wireless Controller' from the list.
- The interface displays 'Connected', indicating successful pairing.
Advanced Features
Auto Pilot Gaming Function (APG)
APG is a recording and playback function for custom commands or macros using the APG button (Double-Square icon).
- Recording: Hold the APG button for 3 seconds (short vibration). All subsequent button presses and joystick movements are recorded. Press the APG button again or wait 10 minutes to stop recording (long vibration). Maximum recording time is 10 minutes.
- Replay: Press the APG button once briefly to repeat recorded actions once. Double-click to repeat continuously until interrupted. You can use the joystick for movement during replay. Press any button except the joysticks to cancel replay midway.
Back Button Configuration
Map or cancel mapping for the back buttons (G1, G2, G3, G4).
- Mapping: Hold the Setting button (Gear icon) and the desired back button. Press the button you want to assign to the back button (short vibration for start, long vibration for completion). Back buttons can only map to normal key functions, not Continuous Fire.
- Cancellation: Hold the Setting button and the back button to cancel mapping (long vibration).
Trigger Mode Setting
Toggle the switch on the back to switch ZL and ZR triggers between digital tactile switch trigger mode and Hall effect analog trigger mode. Ensure triggers are released before switching modes.
Special Function Settings
All special function settings require holding the Setting button (Gear icon) while pressing corresponding buttons. Settings are saved automatically. The logo light is blue when special settings are configured, and white when none are configured.
- Charging Indicator: Orange while charging, green when fully charged.
- Low Battery: Logo light flashes, vibration function turns off automatically. Vibration resumes when battery is restored.
Power Management
- The controller powers off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. You can also long-press the mode button to power off. The controller will not power off automatically during full-auto Continuous Fire or APG replay.
- To power on, press any of the following buttons: A, B, X, Y, Home, or the mode button.
Motion Aim Assist (PC FPS Games)
- Sensitivity: One vibration (Low), Two vibrations (Medium), Three vibrations (High). Long vibration disables motion aim assist (default).
- Activation: '+ L' to activate when 'L' button is held. '+ ZL' to activate when 'ZL' trigger is held.
Joystick Dead Zone Mode
- One vibration: Dead Zone mode enabled for the joystick center area.
- Long vibration: Cancel and restore to default No Dead Zone mode.
Joystick Sensitivity
- '+ R3, L3': One vibration (Sensitivity 50%, red ring), Two vibrations (Sensitivity 100%, blue ring - default), Three vibrations (Sensitivity 150%, green ring). Each joystick can be configured individually.
Star Ring Lighting Effects
Cycle through: Default steady on, Joystick-activated flowing light, Vibration-activated light, Trigger-activated flowing light, Off. Repeat in this cycle.
4-Direction D-pad Setting
- One vibration: D-pad switches to 4-direction mode.
- Long vibration: Restores default 8-direction mode.
Clear All Settings (Reset)
A long vibration indicates the reset process is complete, restoring factory settings.
Continuous Fire (Turbo)
- One vibration: Normal Continuous Fire (active when held, stops when released).
- Two vibrations: Auto Continuous Fire (press once to start, press again to stop).
- Long vibration: Cancel Continuous Fire (default).
A-B X-Y Swap
- One vibration: Swaps input values of A-B and X-Y buttons.
- Long vibration: Restores default button assignments.
Vibration Intensity
- One vibration: Weak.
- Two vibrations: Standard (default).
- Three vibrations: Strong.
- Long vibration: Turn off vibration.
Vibration Mode
- One vibration: Rotary motor mode.
- Two vibrations: GuliKit Maglev haptic mode (default).
- Three vibrations: HD vibration mode.
APG Recording File Share
Enter APG read/write mode, connect the controller via USB data cable to your computer. A USB drive named 'GuliKit dat' will appear. Open it to find 'Auto. apg', which can be copied for backup or sharing. To overwrite, replace 'Auto. apg' with your desired APG file. The controller will power off automatically after writing, or you can long-press the Mode button. Do not change the file name.
