About the Smart Life App
To control your heat pump remotely, you need to create a "Smart Life" account. The "Smart Life" app allows you to control your home appliances from anywhere, adding and managing multiple devices simultaneously. It is also compatible with Amazon Echo and Google Home (availability may vary by country). You can share your configured devices with other "Smart Life" accounts and receive real-time operational alerts. Scenarios can be created involving multiple devices, utilizing the app's weather data (geolocation is required). For more information, refer to the "Help" section within the "Smart Life" app. The "Smart Life" app and its services are provided by Hangzhou Tuya Technology. Poolstar, the owner and distributor of the Poolex brand, is not responsible for the operation of the "Smart Life" app and has no visibility into your "Smart Life" account.
