How to Adjust the Paper Width

The paper guide switch allows for adjustment of the paper guides. Follow these steps:

1. Release the paper guide switch.
2. Adjust the paper guide to the desired position and load paper.
3. Lock the paper guide in place.

Getting Started with the APP

To download the latest 'APP Printing Quick Start Guide' (as the APP UI may update), scan the provided QR code (excluded).

Step 1: Download the App

Scan or search for 'Jadens Printer' in your app store to download the application.

Step 2: Enable Bluetooth and Location

Turn on Bluetooth and Location services on your smartphone. For secure printing and data protection, Bluetooth, Location, and Nearby Devices permissions are required. These permissions are designed not to compromise your privacy. Please refer to the user agreement for details.

Connecting Your Printer

Step 3: Grant Permissions

Allow 'Jadens Printer' to access your device's location (choose 'Precise' or 'Approximate') and to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of nearby devices. You will also need to allow 'Jadens Printer' to turn on Bluetooth.

Step 4: Add a Printer

Ensure your printer is turned on. Open the 'Jadens Printer' APP and tap the '+' icon to add a printer.

Step 5: Connect the Printer

Option 1: The printer should pop up automatically. Tap 'Connect'.

Option 2: Press the printer power button four times to print a QR Code. Then, click the scan icon [scan-icon] within the app to scan the QR code and connect the printer.

Step 6: Access Paper Settings

Tap 'More Settings' to configure your paper settings.

Step 7: Choose Paper Size

Select a paper size from the list (e.g., 4" x 6", 3" x 5", 2.25" x 1.25", 2" x 2", 1.5" x 1.5") or tap the '+' icon [plus-icon] to customize the paper width.

Step 8: Select Printing Options

Choose your desired printing options:

• AI: Provides AI functions such as AI painting, cartoon avatar creation, and watermark removal.
• File: Supports PDF and Image files for printing.
• DIY: Allows you to create custom content with text or images.
• Scan: Enables scanning an existing barcode to generate a new barcode or QR code within the App.
• Template: Facilitates content creation using provided templates.

Printing from Files

Step 9: Preview and Select Print Effect

When printing from File/Image, utilize the different modes (Fixed, Dynamic, Clear) to preview and select the optimal printing effect.

Tips for Printing Social Media Content

If you have received documents (PDF files) from platforms like Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, you can open and print them directly. After receiving the file in the dialogue box, tap the file to open it, and then select 'Open in Another App' to choose the 'Jadens Printer' APP.

The document displays a sample shipping label with fields for sender and recipient information, weight, and other relevant details.

Compatible Printing Paper Width: 25.4mm to 109mm (1 inch to 4.3 inch).

Supported Rolled Thermal Paper:

• 2"x2"
• 2.25"x1.25" (Address label)
• 4"x6"

Supported Folded Thermal Paper:

• 4"x6"
