Adjusting Paper Width

Follow these steps to set the correct paper width for your prints.

1. Step 1: Release the Paper Guide Switch

   Unlock the paper guide switch to allow adjustment.

2. Step 2: Adjust Paper Guide and Load Paper

   Position the paper guide to match the width of your paper and load the paper.

3. Step 3: Lock the Paper Guide

   Secure the paper guide in its new position.

Setting Up and Connecting the Jadens Printer App

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code or search for "Jadens Printer" to download the app.

   Note: Features like AirDrop, AirPlay, Find My, and Location Services use Bluetooth.

2. Enable Location Services: Open system location settings to connect to the printer. Swipe down from the top and enable location.

   For secure printing and privacy, Bluetooth, Location, and Nearby Devices permissions are required. These do not affect your privacy. Please read our Terms of Service.

3. Activate Bluetooth and Location: Ensure Bluetooth ? and Location ? Services are enabled on your smartphone.
4. Grant App Permissions:

   Allow "Jadens Printer" to access location, position, and Bluetooth.

   Permission Prompts:

   • "Allow Jadens Printer to retrieve the device's location?" - Options: [Precise], [Approximate], [While Using the App], [Only This Time], [Do Not Allow].
   • "Allow Jadens Printer to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of devices nearby?" - Options: [Allow], [Do Not Allow].
   • "Jadens Printer requests permission to activate Bluetooth" - Options: [Deny], [Allow].
5. Add and Connect Printer:

   Turn on your printer. Open the app and tap "[Add]" to add a printer.

   App Interface: "No Device Temporarily", "[Add] Device"

   Option 1: Automatic Connection

   The printer (e.g., C10-266502) will be displayed automatically. Tap "Connect".

   Option 2: Manual QR Code Scan

   Press the printer's power button four times to print a QR code. Then, click the scan icon [Scan Icon] to scan the QR code and connect the printer.

Paper Settings and Print Options

1. Access Paper Settings: Tap "[More Settings]" to access paper settings.

2. Select Paper Size: Choose your paper size (e.g., 4x6). Tap "[+]" to adjust the width.

   Available Sizes: 4x6, 3x5, 2.25x1.25, 2x2, 1.5x1.5

3. Choose Print Options:
   • [AI]: Offers AI features like AI Painting, Cartoon Avatar, and Watermark Removal.
   • [File]: Supports PDF/Image files.
   • [DIY]: Create content with desired text or images.
   • [Scan]: Scan existing barcodes and generate barcodes or QR codes within the app.
   • [Template]: Create content using provided templates.
4. Print from File/Image: Try different modes to preview and select the best print effect.

   Tap "[Print]" to start printing.

[Tips]: If you receive documents (PDF files) from Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, you can open and print them immediately! After receiving in the dialog box, tap the file to open it, then tap "Open in another app" to select the 'PrintGo' APP.

Compatible Printing Paper Width: 25.4 mm to 109 mm (1 inch to 4.3 inches)
