ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Samsonico USA LLC. ("Samsonico") warrants this product against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Samsonico will, at its option, either:
- Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
- Provide a credit in the amount of the purchase price paid for the original product towards the purchase of other Samsonico products.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, the replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Samsonico's property. When a credit is given, the original product must be returned to Samsonico and becomes Samsonico's property.
Obtaining Service: To obtain warranty service, contact Samsonico USA LLC. via email at customerservice@samsonico.com.tw. Be prepared to describe the product and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability, and response times will vary. You are responsible for the delivery and cost of delivery of the product or parts to the authorized service center.
Limits and Exclusions: This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured for Samsonico and sold in the United States of America, including its territories. It does not apply to non-Samsonico products. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by failure to follow instructions.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake, or other external causes.
- Damage caused by service performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Accessories used in conjunction with the product.
- Products or parts modified to alter functionality.
- Items intended for periodic replacement (e.g., batteries, light bulbs).
- Products sold "as is" (e.g., floor demonstration models).
- Any modifications to the product.
- Products used commercially or for a commercial purpose.
Samsonico shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, Samsonico disclaims all statutory or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimers are not permitted by law, all implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the express warranty period.
Note: Some states disallow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
IMPORTANT: The product must be used by an adult and kept out of reach of children. Use strictly in accordance with provided directions. Do not modify or alter the product in any way.

BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
- Dispose of old batteries properly. Do not dispose of old batteries in a fire.
- Do not leave batteries where a child or pet could play with or swallow them. If swallowed, contact a physician immediately.
- Batteries may explode if mistreated.
- Always use, and recharge (if applicable) batteries under adult supervision.

Charging Integrated Battery:
This Wireless speaker is powered by an integrated rechargeable lithium battery. Charge the battery as follows:
- Insert the charging cable into the DC 5V socket on the unit. Connect the USB plug into a PC or AC/DC adapter. The LED indicator turns red when the battery is being charged.
- When the battery is fully charged, the red LED indicator goes out.
Pairing Speaker to a Mobile Phone or other Device:
- Turn off the power of the speaker.
- Press and hold the On/Off Power button until the blue light flashes. The speaker is now in pairing mode and discoverable to your phone or other device.
- Go to your phone or device settings, select Bluetooth settings, and select "BTS-06". When done, the screen shows that the speaker is connected.
- The speaker will automatically connect to your phone or device the next time it is switched on.
