If your product is returned, it must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Brookstone is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which can be obtained by contacting customer support. If the product is returned without a RAN, it will be refused and returned to the sender. All returns are subject to inspection by the authorized service center. Location of Controls
The Brookstone ULTRABASS Wireless Headphones feature several controls for easy operation. The diagram below illustrates the location of each control:
Headphones Diagram:
[LED Indicator]: Located near the power button, indicates Bluetooth status and charging status.
[Power Button / Multifunction Button]: Located on the right earcup. Used for powering the headphones ON/OFF, pairing Bluetooth devices, playing/pausing music, and answering/ending phone calls.
[Volume Up / Next Track Button]: Located on the right earcup. Press to increase volume, press and hold to skip to the next track.
[Volume Down / Previous Track Button]: Located on the right earcup. Press to decrease volume, press and hold to skip to the previous track.
[Microphone]: Integrated into the earcup for phone calls.
[3.5 mm AUX Port]: Located on the left earcup. Allows connection to devices via a 3.5 mm AUX cable.
[Charging Port]: Located on the left earcup. Used for charging the headphones via the included Micro-USB cable.
Getting Started
Connecting with a 3.5 mm AUX Cable
To use the headphones with a device that does not support Bluetooth, or if the battery is depleted, you can connect them using the included 3.5 mm AUX cable. Plug one end of the cable into the 3.5 mm AUX port on the headphones and the other end into the audio output port of your media device.
In audio mode, all playback and volume adjustment will be controlled by your connected device.

Charging the Headphones
Plug the small connector of the included USB charging cable into the charging port on the headphones. Plug the other end into a USB port on a computer or a compatible USB adapter. The headphones' LED indicator will turn SOLID RED while charging and turn OFF when fully charged. On low battery, a voice will be heard, notifying that the headphones need to be charged.

Powering ON/OFF
Press and hold the [O] button for approximately 3-5 seconds to power the headphones ON or OFF. When powering ON, a voice will be heard, and the headphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode. They may automatically pair to the last paired device with Bluetooth enabled.

Playing Music
To listen to music or the headphones, you must first be paired via Bluetooth to your audio device. Refer to the "Bluetooth Pairing" section for instructions.
In Bluetooth mode, playback and volume can be adjusted with the on-ear controls, or with your paired device.
Bluetooth Pairing
Power the headphones ON. A voice will be heard and the LED indicator will flash BLUE and RED.
- Turn on your device's Bluetooth and select "BSBTH250" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- After successful pairing, a voice will be heard and the LED indicator will flash BLUE.
In Bluetooth mode, playback and volume can be adjusted with the on-ear controls, or with your paired device.
- Press the [O] button to pause or resume playback. The headphones' LED indicator will flash BLUE while you listen to music after pairing.
- Press and hold the [+] button for 2 seconds to skip to the next track.
- Press and hold the [-] button for 2 seconds to skip to the previous track.

Phone Calls
To use the phone functions on the headphones, you must be connected via Bluetooth to your phone.
- Press the [O] button to answer or end a phone call. Playback will automatically pause and resume.
- Press and hold the [O] button to dial the last outgoing number.
- Press and hold the [O] button to reject an incoming call.
