User Manual and Safety Instructions

Important Safety Instructions

General Warnings

Read all instructions before use. Misuse or failure to follow instructions may cause overheating, fire, or personal injury.

Polarized Plug Warning

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) to reduce the risk of electric shock. It is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug or defeat this safety feature.

Therapeutic Low Heat

Unlike traditional heating pads, the Renue™ Back & Body Warming Pad provides low-level therapeutic heat over an extended period. When used on a chair or bed, it emits consistent, soothing low heat for relief from aches and pains. The heat is best experienced by sitting or lying on the product.

Set-up & Usage Instructions

The Renue™ Back & Body Warming Pad is designed for continuous heat therapy on a chair or bed, offering relief from aches and pains while you work or relax. It can also be used proactively to reduce stress and tension.

For Use on a Chair:

  1. Place the pad on a chair with the softer fleece fabric facing out. The cord connector should be on the right side of the seat, and strap loops at the top corners of the chair's back. (See Figure 1)
  2. Secure the pad with the provided flexible Velcro straps. Adjust strap orientation for a secure and comfortable fit. (See Figures 2a-b)
  3. Optionally, roll up the seat portion of the pad and secure with the Velcro strip for lumbar support. (See Figure 3)
  4. Ensure the Control Connector is securely attached to the Pad Connector until it clicks. (See Figure 4) Note: Control must be connected before plugging into the outlet.
  5. Plug into a 120V AC electrical outlet. A snap is provided to keep the cord and controller tidy. (See Figure 5) Note: Avoid tucking cords between chair parts to prevent tangling or pinching.
  6. Press the Power Button to turn the pad on. Scroll through 4 heat settings ("warm" to "high") using the Power Button. (See Figure 6)
  7. To turn off, press the Power Button sequentially until no lights are lit.

For Use on a Bed:

  1. Place the pad on top of or underneath a fitted sheet.
  2. Position the pad on the bed to target the affected area. The softer fleece fabric should face up. (See Figure 7)
  3. Ensure the Control Connector is securely attached to the Pad Connector until it clicks. (See Figure 4) Note: Control must be connected before plugging into the outlet.
  4. Plug into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
  5. Run the control cord on the floor under the bed. Avoid sandwiching the cord between the mattress and box spring to prevent tangling or pinching. A snap is provided to keep the cord and controller tidy.
  6. Press the Power Button to turn the pad on. Scroll through 4 heat settings ("warm" to "high") using the Power Button. (See Figure 6)
  7. To turn off, press the Power Button sequentially until no lights are lit.

Auto-Off Feature

The controller includes an Auto-Off feature that automatically turns off the pad after 8 hours of continuous use to conserve energy. The timer resets automatically after a power outage.
