Charging

Connect the provided USB Type C cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a wall adapter or laptop. The indicator light will turn steady red while charging. The indicator switches off when the headphone is fully charged. For safety and warranty, use only authorized chargers.

Basic Functions

The Rockerz 450 Pro features intuitive controls:

• Power On: Press and hold the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 3 seconds. You will hear a "power on" prompt and see blue/red LEDs blinking alternately.
• Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds. You will hear a "power off" prompt and see red LEDs flashing quickly.
• Play/Pause: Short press the MFB once to play or pause music.
• Volume Up: Press the Volume Up button (+) in steps to increase volume.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume Down button (-) in steps to decrease volume.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Next Track button (⏭️) to skip to the next track.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Previous Track button (⏮️) to return to the previous track.
• Answer/Hang Up Calls: Single press the MFB to answer or hang up incoming calls.
• Reject Calls: Press and hold the MFB for 1 second to reject an incoming call.
• Redial: Double press the MFB to redial the last called number.
• Activate Voice Assistant/Siri: Double press the MFB to activate your device's voice assistant.
• AUX Connectivity: When a 3.5mm audio cable is inserted into the 3.5mm Plug Port, the headset automatically switches to line-in mode and disconnects Bluetooth. To use Bluetooth again, remove the audio cable and reboot the headset.

Follow these steps to connect your device:

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Turn on the Rockerz 450 Pro by long-pressing the MFB for 3 seconds.
2. If the headphone is not in pairing mode (indicated by blue and red LEDs blinking alternately), continue holding the MFB until the pairing mode is activated.
3. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'Rockerz 450 Pro' from the list.
4. If prompted for a passkey, enter '0000'.
5. Once connected, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.

Note: Previously paired devices will automatically reconnect within range.

Call Handling during Music Playback: Music playback will automatically pause when an incoming call is received. Upon ending the call, music will resume automatically.

Troubleshooting (Anomalies & Solutions)

A. Mobile cannot search the headset

• Verify the headset is powered on (LEDs blinking red and blue alternately).
• If still not found, try rebooting both your mobile device and the headset.

B. Disconnection or noise occurs after connecting

• Ensure the headset has sufficient battery charge.
• Check for obstructions between the headset and your phone, or ensure you are within the 10m Bluetooth range.
