Basic Functions

• Play/Pause: Short press the MFB once.
• Volume Up: Short press the Vol + button to increase volume.
• Volume Down: Press the Vol- button to decrease volume.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Vol + button for 1 second.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Vol - button for 1 second.
• Answer Incoming Calls: Short press the MFB once.
• Hang Up Ongoing Calls: Short press the MFB once.
• Reject Calls: Press and hold the MFB for one second.
• Redial: Triple press the MFB.
• Switch Call between Headphone & Phone: Press & hold MFB for 1 second.
• Voice Assistant/Siri: Double press the MFB.
• BEAST™ Mode for Gaming: Single press the BEAST Mode quick switch button to activate BEAST Mode for low latency playtime. The blue LED flashes once every 5 seconds. To switch back to Music mode, single press the BEAST Mode button again.

Charging

• Connect one end of the provided cable to the USB Type C port on the headset and the other end to a wall adapter or laptop.
• While charging, the indicator LED turns into a steady red.
• When the headphone is fully charged, the indicator switches off.
• Use only authorized/company chargers for the headset, as unauthorized ones may damage the same and invalidate the warranty on the headset.
• The headphones cannot be utilized for listening purposes while charging.
• When the headphones are in low power state, this is indicated by a slowly flashing red LED.

Dual Pairing

To connect Rockerz 425 to two devices simultaneously:

1. First, connect the earphone to one of the devices.
2. Then, switch both the earphone and the device's Bluetooth off.
3. Thereafter, connect the earphone to the second device.
4. Again, switch on the first device's Bluetooth. The earphone will connect to both devices.
5. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing.

Reset

• Method 1: When the headphone is in the 'OFF' state, press and hold MFB for 10 seconds to perform a reset. This is indicated by simultaneous red and blue LED flashes thrice.
• Method 2: When the headphone is in the 'ON' state, press and hold the Vol+ and Vol- buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

Other Functions

• If there's no connection established when Bluetooth is switched on, the device powers off automatically after a while.
• If you receive an incoming call during music playback, the music automatically disconnects. When the call is done, the music starts to play automatically from where it left.

ANOMALIES & Solutions

A. Mobile can't search the headset

• Check if the Bluetooth headset is powered on or off (When powered on, the LEDs blink with red and blue colours alternatively).
• If it is powered on and the device still can't connect, then please reboot the Bluetooth device and the phone.

B. After connecting the headset with the phone, disconnection or noise occurs

• This may be due to low power of the headset. Please charge the Bluetooth headset.
• There might be obstruction between the headset and the phone, or the distance between them exceeds the maximum range for signal reception.

C. If the Voice Assistant support doesn't respond

• If the voice assistant doesn't get triggered, then the functionality has to be first enabled via your media device's settings.

• This is not a toy. Children are advised to use this under adult supervision.
• Avoid exposing the device to extremely hot or cold temperatures.
• Avoid using the headphone for listening at full volumes to protect from hearing damage.
• Please do not use the device during thunderstorms.
• Do not dismantle the product in any way.
• Please do not clean the product using oily volatile liquid.

Charging Norms & Precautionary Guidelines

The following are recommended for charging:

• Charger/Brick/Adapter: 5V 2A
• Cable/Wire: Standard Cable (35 strands @0.10mm diameter/ strand)

Any other accessory can be paired up with the product as long as the specifications are as per the above norms.
