Philips Promotion: Extended Warranty for Personal Care Products
Regulation for the promotion "Extend your warranty for him"
§ 1. General Provisions
This regulation ("Regulation") outlines the principles of the promotion – promotional sale conducted under the name "Extend your warranty for him" ("Promotion").
The Organizer of the Promotion is Philips Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code: 02222, Al. Jerozolimskie 195B, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000037385, NIP: 526-02-10-95 ("Organizer" or "Philips").
Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the Participant reading and accepting this Regulation. Upon acceptance of the Regulation by the Participant, an agreement for participation in the Promotion is concluded between the Organizer and the Participant, the provisions of which, including the rights and obligations of the parties, are defined by this Regulation.
§ 2. Promotion
The Promotion consists of granting an additional warranty for the Promotional Product under the conditions specified in the warranty card attached to the Promotional Product, in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation.
Combined with the 2-year warranty provided by Philips for its products, the warranty for Promotional Products will last 2 years plus the additional period described in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation from the moment of purchase of the Promotional Product. The additional period varies depending on the registered device.
§ 3. Promotion Term and Location
The Promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Only stores located in Poland are covered by the Promotion, and online stores ("Stores") must also meet this condition.
The Promotion runs from 01.08.2025 to 31.01.2026, which is the final date for promotional sales ("Promotion Period"). For online stores, the Promotion is valid from 01.08.2025 at 00:01 to 31.01.2026 at 23:59 – the order submission date and time to the online store server determines validity.
§ 4. Promotion Participants
Except as provided in point 2 below, a Participant in the Promotion ("Participant" or "Promotional Participant" or "Buyer") may only be: a natural person of legal age, with full legal capacity, residing in the Republic of Poland, and a consumer, i.e., a natural person entering into an agreement directly related to their economic activity, provided that the content of such agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person, particularly resulting from the subject of the economic activity carried out by them, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
The following may not participate in the Promotion:
- Legal entities, organizational units without legal personality, natural persons conducting economic activity, if the content of the agreement indicates that it has a professional character for that person, particularly resulting from the subject of the economic activity carried out by them, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (purchasing a product directly related to their economic or professional activity);
- Entities that, as part of their economic activity, have distribution agreements or other agreements with the Organizer, whose subject is the supply of products covered by the Promotion.
§ 5. Promotion Rules
The Promotion covers only products listed in Appendix No. 1: ("Promotional Product").
Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon purchasing at least one of the Promotional Products. Only brand-new Promotional Products purchased by Buyers during the Promotion Period in Stores specified in this Regulation, to which a warranty card is attached and for which the Organizer is the guarantor according to the aforementioned warranty card, are covered by the Promotion.
Submissions from Buyers will be considered in the Promotion if, in addition to the requirements mentioned in § 4 of the Regulation, they meet all the following conditions:
- Purchase of a Promotional Product during the Promotion Period;
- Within 90 days of purchase, register the purchased Promotional Product in the "My Philips" club via the website by:
- Providing the date of purchase;
- Submitting a scan or photo of the proof of purchase. Payment confirmations (e.g., KP slips, card transaction confirmations, bank transfer confirmations, etc.) or goods delivery/collection documents will not be considered as proof of purchase;
- Providing the Promotional Product code (letters and a sequence of digits XXXX/XX);
- Providing their first and last name and email address.
During the registration of the Promotional Product, the Participant may consent to receive information about Philips brand products and services, and related promotions, by checking the appropriate fields in the form.
If the Organizer has doubts about the authenticity or correctness of the proof of purchase, the Organizer has the right to request additional clarification from the Participant, including sending the original proof of purchase for verification, notifying the Participant via email or phone. After verification, no later than 14 days from receiving the Participant's response, the Organizer will return the original proof of purchase to the Participant and inform them of the decision regarding the extended warranty.
The Organizer will send a confirmation of the extended warranty to the email address provided during registration, within 30 days of completing the registration form. This confirmation will serve as the basis for performing free repairs during the extended warranty period under the conditions specified in the warranty card attached to the Promotional Product.
The Participant forfeits the right to receive the extended warranty if:
- They fail to meet any of the conditions specified in the Regulation within the deadline; or
- The Participant's data entered in the "My Philips" club registration form as mandatory is incorrect; or
- The submitted copy of the proof of purchase is found to be false, or the provided Promotional Product serial number is incorrect; or
- The proof of purchase indicates a purchase outside the Promotion Period; or
- The Participant prevents the verification of the Promotional Product proof of purchase under the circumstances specified in the Regulation, including situations where the submitted copy of the Promotional Product proof of purchase is damaged in a way that makes it unreadable.
The Promotion does not infringe upon the Participants' rights arising from general provisions, including consumer rights provisions. The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Participant's rights arising from the provisions on the seller's liability for the conformity of the goods with the contract. In the event of the Participant withdrawing from the distance sales contract for the Promotional Product, the withdrawal will affect the Promotional Product.
This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions organized by PHILIPS or on its behalf.
§ 6. Complaints
The Organizer is responsible for conducting the Promotion in accordance with the Regulation. Complaints related to participation in the Promotion can be submitted during the Promotion Period and no later than 30 days from the end of the Promotion by electronic means via the contact form on www.philips.pl, or by phone via the Customer Service Department at the number 22 397 15 06 (call cost according to operator's tariff), from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays), who will accept such complaints.
Complaints submitted via registered mail or courier service should be sent to the address: Philips Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code: 02-222, Al. Jerozolimskie 195B, with the annotation: Complaint "Extend your warranty for him".
The date of the postal stamp or the date of dispatch of the courier shipment determines the deadline for submitting a complaint; for electronic submissions, it is the date of sending the email or using the contact form mentioned in point 1.
The expiry of the complaint submission period does not preclude the Participant from pursuing claims against the Organizer, including legal claims.
Complaints are reviewed by a commission appointed by the Organizer. The commission will notify the Promotional Participant of the outcome of the complaint procedure in the same manner as the complaint was submitted – by mail to the address provided in the complaint; electronically – in case of receiving the complaint via the contact form, within 14 days of the Organizer receiving the complaint; and by phone, if the complaint was submitted via the Customer Service Department.
After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Participant has the right to pursue unsatisfied claims in the competent common court. This right also applies if the Participant does not use the complaint procedure described in this Regulation.
§ 7. Personal Data
Personal data of Promotion Participants will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "RODO".
Philips Polska Sp. z o.o.
The administrator of personal data processed for the purpose of the Promotion is Philips Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-222), Al. Jerozolimskie 195 B ("Philips Polska").
Personal data of Promotion Participants will be processed by Philips Polska for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:

The Organizer may share the Participant's personal data with the following entities:
- Service providers who, based on agreements concluded with Philips Polska, provide it with specific services related to the conduct of the Promotion, the performance of which involves access to and processing of Participants' personal data, including IT, auditing, and legal service providers;
- Entities authorized to obtain them based on applicable legal provisions (e.g., tax office, police, court).
Personal data of Participants collected by Philips Polska for the purpose of conducting the Promotion will be stored until the end of the Promotion, with the reservation that this does not apply to personal data:
- processed in connection with complaints filed by Participants or in connection with the establishment, pursuit, or defense against other claims – in such cases, the Participant's personal data may be stored by Philips Polska until the statute of limitations for these claims;
- processed in connection with the fulfillment of obligations incumbent upon Philips Polska, arising from applicable legal provisions – in such cases, the Participant's personal data will be stored by Philips Polska for the period necessary to fulfill these obligations.
Providing personal data by the Participant is voluntary but necessary for participation in the Promotion.
Personal data is protected by technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Participants in the Promotion have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of personal data, including the categories of processed data and potential recipients of personal data;
- request correction of incorrect personal data or supplementation of incomplete personal data;
- request the erasure of personal data – in situations specified in RODO;
- request the restriction of personal data processing – if the legal requirements justifying such restriction are met;
- data portability – in situations specified in RODO;
- object to processing – in situations specified in RODO;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, if it is found that personal data is processed unlawfully.
The Administrator will not transfer data to a third country or international organization.
Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Contact with the administrator of personal data of Promotion Participants: any requests, questions, and demands related to the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned in point 3 above should be directed to the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Organizer at the address: dpo.cee@philips.com
Philips Koninklijke N.V.
The administrator of personal data processed for direct marketing purposes, for sending commercial information about Philips brand products, services, and promotions, as well as for purposes related to creating an account and registering a Promotional Product in the "My Philips" club, is Philips Koninklijke N.V., with its registered office in Eindhoven, Groenewoudseweg 1, 5621 BA, Eindhoven, Netherlands ("Philips Koninklijke").
Personal data processed by Philips Koninklijke are processed as follows:
- in connection with creating an account and registering a Promotional Product in the "My Philips" club – under the terms and conditions specified in the "My Philips" club regulations, available at: www.philips.pl/myphilips/regulamin;
- in connection with expressing voluntary consent to the processing of personal data for sending Philips brand newsletters – under the terms described in the privacy policy available at: https://www.philips.pl/aw/zasadypoufnosci.html.
§ 8. Final Provisions
The principles for conducting the Promotion are defined by this Regulation.
The current Regulation will be available at the Organizer's registered office and on the website: www.philips.pl
Additional information about the Promotion and Philips products will be provided via the Philips hotline: 22 397 15 06 (operating Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the Participant reading and accepting the content of this Regulation by marking the appropriate field during registration for participation in the Promotion.
In all matters not regulated by this Regulation, Polish law shall apply.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulation. In such a case, the Organizer will inform Participants of the change 7 days before the new Regulation comes into effect, via an electronic message. The amendment to the Regulation will come into effect within 7 days of its publication on the www.philips.pl website. The Organizer undertakes that in the event of changes to the Regulation, these changes will not infringe upon rights already acquired by Participants, nor will they worsen the Promotion conditions. In the event of a change to the Regulation, Participants will have the right, without any consequences, to withdraw from participating in the Promotion.
The Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2025.
