Philips FRIDAY Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Purchase of Philips products based on alphanumeric voucher code: Actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period 20.06.2025, 00:00 – 22.06.2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products based on alphanumeric discount codes, allowing Participants to purchase Philips brand products from www.philips.ro at a lower price.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the alphanumeric voucher code validity, residing or legally domiciled in Romania, who accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the purchase of Philips products based on an alphanumeric voucher code, who meets the participation conditions and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher validity period between 20.06.2025, 00:00 – 22.06.2025, 23:59.

Participating Products: Philips brand products marketed by the Organizer that can be purchased directly on www.philips.ro, with the "Add to cart" button active next to them.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

2.1 The Philips alphanumeric voucher code is:

• FRIDAY- A voucher code offering a 25% discount on the price of the product displayed in the shopping cart.

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

3.1 The Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher validity period, described in section 1, to purchase Products, exclusively marketed on the philips.ro website, with the "Add to cart" button active next to the participating products.

3.2 Participating Products are available within the limits of existing and available stock.

3.3 The Participating Products are: CX3550/01, CX1220/00, EP0824/00, SM6585/00, XC7053/01, XU2000/20, GC9660/30, STH3010/70, NA342/00, NA353/10, BRE247/00, BRE700/00, SC1997/00, BHS510/00, BHA735/00, BRL146/00, XP9403/31, XP9204/30, QP6542/15, BG5021/15, QP250/50, S5887/30, HX7421/01, HX3689/42, HX9914/54, HX6839/28, HX6800/35, HX9992/42.

3.4 Clients can purchase a maximum of 3 products of the same participating product code in a single order within the campaign.

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

4.1 Voucher codes are accessible and visible to clients in the Philips Community only during the voucher code validity period, as follows:

• FRIDAY- Voucher code offering a 25% discount on the price of the product displayed in the shopping cart.

4.2 To participate in the Campaign, clients must follow these steps:

• Add participating products to the shopping cart.
• Add the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field, in uppercase and without spaces, then click "Apply" to apply the discount.
• Finalize the order.

4.3 Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes; therefore, a Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

4.4 The discount offered by voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

4.5 The discount offered by voucher codes cannot be combined with "Special Package - Save by buying them together" type promotions.

4.6 To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Add the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field without spaces, then click "Apply" to apply the discount.
3. Finalize the order.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will comply with the general terms and conditions of the philips.ro website.

5.2 By using any voucher code during the period 20.06.2025, 00:00 – 22.06.2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the action organized by Philips Romania SRL and thus presume knowledge of these Terms and Conditions and agreement of the Participant. Participants undertake to respect and comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

5.3 Participants in the purchase of Philips products based on voucher codes cannot receive the cash equivalent of voucher codes, nor are they entitled to request their exchange in any way.

5.3 Philips expressly prohibits the commercial offering of Philips vouchers by Clients or a third party, especially within internet auctions or other web platforms.

5.4 This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares that they understand the terms of this Agreement and have accepted these terms.

5.5 Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients about these changes on its website (philips.ro).

5.6 Philips Romania will not be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-issuance of voucher codes:

• For participants who use voucher codes in violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses or delays in website registrations caused by technical malfunctions independent of Philips Romania's will, respectively losses, delays, or any other problems caused by the Internet provider / participant's Internet connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro web page for reasons independent of Philips Romania;
• Inability to purchase remaining out-of-stock products from the philips.ro site during the voucher code validity period.
• Philips Romania will not be liable for any damages that participants may suffer in connection with the vouchers used, regardless of the nature of such damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that would establish such liability.
• Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud of this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or any other acts or attempts that could affect Philips Romania's image.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel/disregard any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse users access to part or all of the functions of the related web pages or assimilated to the promotional action, in case of suspicion of fraud by users through actions or inactions of a fraudulent nature or potential fraud regarding the use of benefits / winnings granted through the web page by using false information/identities or from accounts other than personal accounts of the user, modification or access to information on web pages or computer systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that result in harmful actions or inactions, modification of the source code of the page, as well as any other types of actions or inactions of a fraudulent nature or that involve computer falsifications, possession of tools for the purpose of falsifying values, accessing, intercepting, disrupting or altering the integrity of computer systems, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they have behavior that prejudices Philips Romania's interests or the correct conduct of the action. If persons who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes are identified, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by the competent authorities and/or in court of the respective persons, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania assumes no responsibility: (i) for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for the use of the voucher made after the expiration of the voucher code validity period.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and implemented in compliance in all respects with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the first instance through discussions between the contracting parties.
