Charging and Folding Instructions

Charging: Place the device flat on the charging pad, ensuring it is properly centered, then initiate charging. ?

Folding: Fold the device to its compact size for easy storage. ➡️

Caution

1. Avoid pulling the power cord forcefully to prevent damage or disconnection.
2. Do not disassemble, expose to fire, or submerge in water to prevent short circuits and leakage.
3. Keep the product away from extreme heat, humidity, or corrosive environments to avoid circuit damage and leakage.
4. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
5. When using fast charging, ensure you use a certified PD power adapter and fast charging cable to avoid instability.
6. Do not place metal objects or magnetic cards on the charging pad, as they may cause damage or malfunction.
7. If the receiving coil or transmitting board overheats and stops charging, remove the device, allow it to cool for a few minutes, and try again.

Troubleshooting

1. Phone not charging? The phone may not be properly aligned with the charging area, or the receiving coil might not be installed correctly.
2. Phone heats up while charging? It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitting board to heat up during wireless charging.
3. Phone charging intermittently?
   • A. If the adapter's charging current is insufficient or the voltage is unstable, please use a PD fast charging adapter.
   • B. The charging position may be misaligned, causing weak electromagnetic induction. Adjust the charging position for better results.
4. Main unit indicator light is on, but the phone isn't charging? The issue may be with the phone's receiving coil. It is recommended to update or repair the receiving coil (if built-in).

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage: OXAA Corp. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and Canada.

2. Remedies: OXAA, at its sole discretion, will replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value or offer an alternative resolution.

3. Warranty Claim Process: Contact OXAA Customer Support at info@oxaa.com, provide proof of purchase, and follow return instructions. Ship the product in its original packaging with prepaid freight.

4. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions: This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, use of third-party accessories, data loss, or products with altered serial numbers. Commercial use of consumer-grade products is also excluded unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty Duration for Replacements: Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

6. Limitation of Liability: OXAA Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. OXAA's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws: This Limited Warranty is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages.
