Caution

1. When using fast charging, ensure you use a certified PD charging adapter and fast charging cable to avoid unstable charging.
2. Avoid placing metal objects or magnetic cards on the charging pad, as they could damage the charger or cause malfunctions.
3. If the receiving coil or transmitting board overheats and charging stops, remove the device and allow it to cool before attempting to charge again.
4. Do not pull the power cord forcefully to prevent damage or detachment.
5. Do not disassemble the product, expose it to fire or water, or risk causing a short circuit.
6. Keep the product away from extremely hot, humid, or corrosive environments to prevent damage.
7. Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidents.

Troubleshooting

1. Phone not charging? The phone may not be properly aligned with the charging area, or the receiving coil might not be installed correctly.
2. Phone heats up while charging? It's normal for the receiving coil or transmitting board to heat up during wireless charging.
3. Phone charging intermittently?
   • A. If the adapter's charging current is insufficient or the voltage is unstable, please use a PD fast charging adapter.
   • B. The charging position may be misaligned, causing weak electromagnetic induction. Adjust the charging position for better results.
4. Main unit indicator light is on, but the phone isn't charging? The issue may be with the phone's receiving coil. It's recommended to update or repair the receiving coil (if built-in).

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage: OXAA Corp. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and Canada.
2. Remedies: OXAA, at its sole discretion, will replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value or offer an alternative resolution.
3. Warranty Claim Process: Contact OXAA Customer Support at info@oxaa.com, provide proof of purchase, and follow return instructions.
4. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized service, third-party accessories, data loss, or tampered serial numbers. Commercial use of consumer-grade products is excluded unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranty Duration for Replacements: Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from replacement, whichever is longer.
6. Limitation of Liability: OXAA Corp. is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws: This warranty is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
