Button Functions

The device features four physical buttons and two touch-sensitive buttons.

Touch Sensitive Buttons:

• Mobile Phone Rotation Button: [Phone Rotation Button] Touch this button to rotate the phone from portrait to landscape mode or vice versa.
• Watch and Earbuds Button: [Watch/Earbuds Button] Touch this button to slowly extend the watch and earbuds charging space. Tap it again to retract them back into place.

Indicators:

• Charging Indicator Light: [Charging Indicator Light] When power is plugged in, the light turns on for 2 seconds then off. When a phone is placed on the charging pad, the light stays on for 30 seconds then turns off.

Troubleshooting

1. Phone not charging?
   • A. The phone may not be properly aligned with the charging area, or the receiving coil might not be installed correctly.
   • B. Battery mode is only available for the wireless speaker. To charge a device, please connect to the power adapter.
2. Phone heats up while charging?

   It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitting board to heat up during wireless charging.

3. Phone charging intermittently?
   • A. If the adapter's charging current is insufficient or the voltage is unstable, please use a PD fast charging adapter.
   • B. The charging position may be misaligned, causing weak electromagnetic induction. Adjust the charging position for better results.
4. Main unit indicator light is on, but the phone isn't charging?

   The issue may be with the phone's receiving coil. It is recommended to update or repair the receiving coil (if built-in).

Caution

1. Avoid pulling the power cord forcefully to prevent damage or disconnection.
2. Do not disassemble, expose to fire, or submerge in water to prevent short circuits and leakage.
3. Keep the product away from extreme heat, humidity, or corrosive environments to avoid circuit damage and leakage.
4. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
5. When using fast charging, ensure you use a certified PD power adapter and fast charging cable to avoid instability.
6. Do not place metal objects or magnetic cards on the charging pad, as they may cause damage or malfunction.
7. If the receiving coil or transmitting board becomes overheated and stops charging, remove the device, let it cool, and try charging again.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

OXAA Corp. ("OXAA") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and Canada and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Remedies

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, OXAA, at its sole discretion, will: Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value, or Offer an alternative resolution subject to availability and feasibility. Refurbished products refer to those that have been restored to original manufacturer specifications.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To obtain warranty service, customers must: 1. Contact OXAA Customer Support at info@oxaa.com to initiate a claim. 2. Provide proof of purchase (original receipt, invoice, or bank statement showing purchase date). 3. Follow return instructions provided by OXAA. 4. Ship the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) with prepaid freight to the designated return location. If the claim is deemed valid, OXAA may reimburse shipping costs for eligible claims at its discretion.

4. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage; Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications; Products that have been serviced, repaired, or altered by unauthorized personnel; Damage caused by the use of third-party accessories or components; Loss of data or any software installed on the product; Products where the serial number has been altered, removed, or tampered with; Commercial use of consumer-grade products (unless specifically stated otherwise).

5. Warranty Duration for Replacements

Any replacement product provided under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXAA Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty. OXAA's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

This Limited Warranty is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and Canada. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, meaning these limitations may not apply to all customers.
