Owner's Manual
Introduction
Read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it for future reference.
1. Safety Warnings
⚠️ WARNING:
- Do not attempt or perform stunts or acrobatic maneuvers. The product is not designed to withstand misuse such as jumping, rubbing on sidewalks, or any other type of stunt. Stunts, falls, or other maneuvers increase the risk of losing control or causing accidents or reactions without the rider's control.
- Always wear appropriate protective equipment, such as an approved safety helmet (with chin strap securely fastened), elbow pads, and knee pads. Local laws or regulations in your area may require a helmet. A long-sleeved shirt and long pants are recommended. Always wear shoes and keep shoelaces/sneakers tied so they do not get caught in the wheels or motor. Never ride barefoot or in sandals.
- Do not allow more than one person to ride the product at a time.
- Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
- Never use it near stairs or swimming pools.
- Do not let hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing, or similar items come into contact with moving parts or wheels while the motor is running.
- Do not touch the electric motor while it is in use or immediately after riding. Never use headphones or mobile phones to talk or text while riding.
- Do not hitchhike with a vehicle.
- Only use replacement parts authorized by the manufacturer, and do not modify the manufacturer's original design and configuration.
- Owners are encouraged to add lights (for visibility) using lighting, reflectors, and - for those who need them - flexible pole flags.
- Not for passengers under 8 years old or weighing over 132 lbs (60 kg).
It is not recommended for people with the following conditions to use the device:
- People with heart problems;
- Pregnant women;
- People with head, back, or neck problems, or who have had surgery on these parts of the body;
- People with a mental or physical impairment that may make them vulnerable to injury or that may affect their physical or mental capacity to recognize, understand, and apply all safety instructions and to assume the dangers involved in using the device.
- Verify the brake to see if it is functioning properly; make necessary adjustments if needed. It is not necessary to replace any lubricant regularly.
- Check if it is cracked or if there are broken connections. Although frames do not break easily, it is possible for an aggressive rider to hit a sidewalk or object and break, bend, or crack a frame. Make it a habit to inspect your scooter regularly.
- These devices are not intended for use at altitudes above 2000 m above sea level.
- Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays, rain, and bad weather can damage the materials inside the casing; store it indoors when not in use.

Be aware of safety risks.
- Do not ride in the rain.
- Maintain your speed between 5-10 km/h when passing over speed bumps, near elevator doors, rough roads, or other uneven surfaces. Bend your knees slightly to better adapt to the mentioned surfaces.
- Be careful of doors, elevators, and other overhead obstacles.
- Do not accelerate when going down a slope.
- Do not press the accelerator while walking next to the scooter.
- Always avoid obstacles.
- Do not hang heavy bags or other items on the handlebars.
- Keep both feet on the platform at all times.
Do not attempt dangerous maneuvers:

- Do not turn the handlebars too much when riding at high speed.
- Do not ride in puddles where the water is deeper than 20 mm.
- Do not ride with anyone else, not even children.
- Do not rest your foot on the rear fender brake.
- Do not touch the rear fender brake immediately after riding.
- Do not remove your hands from the handlebars.
- Do not attempt to ride up or down stairs, or jump over obstacles.
Safety Reminders:
- This electric scooter is a recreational device. However, when in public areas, it is seen as a vehicle and is subject to the same risks as vehicles. For your safety, please follow the instructions in this manual along with government traffic laws and regulations established by regulatory agencies.
- At the same time, you should understand that you cannot avoid all risks, as other people may violate traffic regulations and ride carelessly, and you are exposed to road hazards just like when walking or driving. The faster the scooter runs, the longer it takes to stop. On a slippery surface, the scooter can slide, lose balance, and even cause you to fall. Therefore, it is important to be careful, maintain a good speed and distance, especially when you are not familiar with the area.
- Respect pedestrians' right of way. Try not to startle them while riding, especially children. When riding behind pedestrians, honk to alert them and slow down your scooter to pass on their left (this applies in countries where cars drive on the right). When encountering pedestrians, stay to the right at a slow speed. When encountering pedestrians, maintain a lower speed or dismount the vehicle.
- Follow the safety instructions in this manual carefully in countries that do not have relevant laws and regulations for electric scooters. FanttikRide will not be responsible for any financial loss, physical injury, accident, legal dispute, or other conflict of interest resulting from actions that violate user instructions.
- Do not lend your scooter to anyone who does not know how to use it. And when you lend it to your friends, please take responsibility to ensure they know how it works and ensure they wear protective equipment.
- Check the scooter before each use. If you notice loose parts, a low battery alert, flat tires, excessive wear, strange noises, abnormal operation, or other abnormal conditions, stop riding immediately and call for professional assistance.
- Before each period of operation, the operator must perform the manufacturer's specified pre-operation checks: all protective gear and cushions originally provided by the manufacturer are in place and in usable condition; the area where the product will be operated is safe and suitable for safe operation; all safety labels are in place and the operator and any passengers understand them; all protective gear, chain guards, or other covers or guards provided by the manufacturer are in place and in usable condition.
- Avoid bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes.
- Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dust, leaves, and other debris. Rain can affect grip, braking, and visibility.
8. Folding and Carrying
Folding
Ensure the scooter is turned off. Push the release lever and lower the handlebars to fold it.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the scooter being folded by lowering the handlebars.
Carrying
Hold the handlebars with one or both hands to carry it.
Diagram Description: Illustrations show two ways to carry the folded scooter.
9. Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
If you see stains on the scooter, wipe them with a damp cloth. If stains do not come off, apply a little toothpaste, brush with a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth. If you see plastic parts that are scratched, use sandpaper or other polishing materials to polish them.
REMARK: Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other unstable and volatile chemical solvents to avoid serious damage. Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure jet. When cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charger cable is unplugged, and the rubber cover is closed, as the jet can cause electric shock or other serious problems.
When the scooter is not in use, keep it indoors in a dry and cool place. Do not leave it outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and excessive cooling accelerate tire aging and compromise the lifespan of the scooter and battery pack.
Battery Care and Disposal
- Do not store it at temperatures below freezing. To properly maintain your battery and ensure it lasts longer, read the "Charging Your Scooter" section on page 9 of this owner's manual carefully.
- Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, open, or damage the battery pack in any other way.
Disposal: The C100 Pro uses a lithium-ion battery that must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally safe manner. Do not dispose of the battery pack in fire. The battery pack may explode. Do not dispose of the battery pack in your household trash. Laws prohibit burning batteries, disposing of them in landfills, or mixing them with household waste in most areas. Return used batteries to a government-approved lithium-ion battery recycling center. If the battery becomes hot, leaks, has an unusual odor, or emits smoke, place it in a fire-resistant container and wait for the problem to subside.
For information regarding rechargeable battery recycling in the US and Canada, call toll-free at 1-929-693-6066.
Charger
You should regularly inspect the charger that comes with the C100 Pro for damage to the cable, plug, casing, and other parts. If there is such damage, do not charge the product until it is repaired or replaced. Use it ONLY with the charger recommended in the "Specifications" section on page 21, manufactured by "SHENZHEN FUYUANDIAN POWER CO.,LTD". Always charge the battery before it is depleted to extend its lifespan. The battery pack functions best at normal temperatures, but it is not good below 0°C. For example, at -20°C, your range is only half or less of the normal state. As the temperature rises, your range will recover.
Note: A fully charged FanttikRide C100 Pro electric scooter will take approximately 5 hours to charge. The integrated intelligent power meter will memorize its charging and discharging records. Damage from prolonged charging can be irreversible and may void the limited warranty. Once damaged, the battery cannot be recharged (unqualified personnel are prohibited from disassembling the battery pack, as this can cause electric shock, short circuits, or even serious safety accidents).
