However, it is not recommended to charge your scooter for more than 24 hours at one time. Do not connect the charger if the charging port is wet. Keep the charging port closed when not charging.

6. Riding Basics
⚠️ Safety First: Wear helmets and knee pads in case of falls and injuries when learning to ride the scooter.
- Turn the power on and check the electricity indicator.
- Stand on the base with one foot and propel yourself forward with the other foot.
- When the scooter starts to coast, put both feet on the deck and press the accelerator. The accelerator initiates once the coasting speed exceeds 4.8 km/h.
- Release the accelerator, and the kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) will initiate automatically to brake slowly. Squeeze the brake lever for a sudden brake.
- Tilt your body in the steering direction as you turn, and slowly turn the handlebar.
7. Safety Instructions
- Do not ride in the rain.
- Please maintain a medium or low speed (5 km/h) when riding over speed bumps, elevator door sills, bumpy roads, or other uneven surfaces. Slightly bend your knees to better adjust to these surfaces.
- Be aware of doors, elevators, and other overhead obstacles.
- Do not accelerate when going downhill.
- Do not press the accelerator when walking alongside the scooter.
- Always steer clear of obstacles.
- Do not hang bags or other heavy items on the handlebar.
- Keep both feet on the deck at all times.

- Do not ride in puddles higher than 2 cm.
- Do not ride with anyone else, including children.
- Keep your feet off the rear mudguard.
- Always keep your hands on the handlebar.
- Do not touch the disc brake.
- Do not attempt to ride up or down stairs, or jump over obstacles.
9. Riding Notice
The E9 MAX electric scooter is a leisure device. However, once in a public area, it is considered a vehicle and is subject to the same risks as other vehicles. For your safety, please follow the instructions in this manual and all applicable traffic laws and regulations set forth by government and regulatory agencies.
Understand that risks cannot be entirely avoided. Others may violate traffic regulations and drive incautiously, exposing you to road accidents, similar to walking or cycling. The faster the scooter travels, the longer it takes to stop. On smooth surfaces, the scooter may slip, lose balance, and result in a fall. Therefore, it is crucial to exercise caution, maintain proper speed and distance, especially in unfamiliar areas.
Respect pedestrians' Right of Way. Avoid startling them, especially children. When approaching pedestrians from behind, ring your bell to give a heads-up and slow your scooter to pass on their left (applicable in countries where vehicles drive on the right). When riding across pedestrian areas, keep to the right at a low speed. When crossing paths with pedestrians, maintain the lowest speed or dismount.
❗ WARNING: Risk of Fire. No User Serviceable Parts.
Closely follow the safety instructions in the manual. isinwheel shall not be liable for any financial losses, physical injuries, accidents, legal disputes, or other conflicts of interest resulting from actions that violate user instructions. Do not lend your scooter to individuals unfamiliar with its operation. If lending to friends, take responsibility to ensure they know how to operate it and wear safety gear. Check the scooter before every use. If you notice loose parts, low battery alerts, excessive wear, strange sounds, malfunctions, or other abnormal conditions, stop riding.
10. Folding and Carrying
- Make sure the scooter is turned off.
- To fold, unlock the folding mechanism and bend the handlebar stem to hook the buckle on the rear fender.
- To unfold, press the bell trigger to release from the buckle, erect the handlebar, and lock the folding structure.
11. Disc Brake Adjustment
To adjust disc brake sensitivity:
You will need the Allen wrench to loosen the screw on the rocker.
- If the disc brake is too sensitive, rotate the disc brake rocker down slightly. Then, reinstall and tighten the screw back to the brake cable core.
- If the disc brake cannot stop effectively, rotate the disc brake rocker up slightly. Then, reinstall and tighten the screw back to the brake cable core.
Notice: The disc brake may squeak during initial use until it is broken in. This is normal and does not affect the brake's function or performance.
To remove disc brake noise:
First, ensure the scooter is turned off. For easier operation, it is suggested to place the scooter on a stable surface like a desk.
- Loosen the two screws on the pump (not the screw on the rocker).
- Adjust the position of the disc brake pump to ensure the brake disc is centered between the two brake pads.
- Ensure the brake disc and brake pads are not touching when not engaged.
- Hold the disc brake pump in the desired position, then retighten the screws on the pump.
12. Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
If you notice stains on the scooter's body, wipe them off with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of toothpaste, brush with a toothbrush, and then wipe with a damp cloth.
Notes:
- Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to prevent damage.
- Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure water spray. During cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed, as water leakage may lead to electric shock or other serious problems.
- When the scooter is not in use, store it indoors in a dry and cool place.
- Do not leave it outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and overcooling can accelerate the battery pack's lifespan.
Battery Maintenance
- Use original battery packs; using other models or brands may cause safety issues.
- Do not touch the battery contacts. Do not dismantle or puncture the casing. Keep contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits, which could lead to battery damage or even injuries and death.
- Use the original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire.
- Improper handling of used batteries can cause significant harm to the environment. To protect the environment, please follow local regulations for proper disposal of used batteries.
- Fully charge the battery after every use to prolong its lifespan.
Storage and Disposal
- Store the scooter in a cool and dry place between -1°C and 40°C. In extremely humid environments, condensation or water accumulation inside the scooter can rapidly damage the battery. Devices are not intended for use at elevations greater than 2000 m above sea level. Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and elements may damage enclosure materials; store indoors when not in use.
- In daily use, try to avoid recharging the scooter immediately after completely exhausting the battery. If the battery is low, charge it as soon as possible.
- Charge the scooter every two months to preserve the battery.
