Batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flame, or fire. Refer to the product's rating label for operating voltage.
Cable TV Installer Note: Ensure the cable ground is connected to the building's grounding system as close as practical to the point of cable entry.
Important: This television is a table model and requires a firm, flat surface. Avoid blocking ventilation slots on the bottom of the unit to prevent overheating. Maintain adequate ventilation space: 1 inch from the top and sides, 2 inches from the rear. Use a stand or base of adequate size and strength to prevent tipping. The power button on the TV and remote puts it into standby mode; to fully power off, disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Product Information: Keep your sales receipt for warranty and proof of purchase. Record model and serial numbers. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the compliance party could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Keep the apparatus at least 8 inches away from the human body.

Battery CAUTION & Disposal Information

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Set up your TV
Warning: To avoid the danger of suffocation, keep plastic packaging away from babies, children, and pets. Do not use packaging bags in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens.
Remove TV from the box
Be careful, it's heavy!
TV Stand Installation
Note: It is recommended to have three people for safe stand installation. Two people should hold the TV upright while one person installs the stands. Ensure the installation direction matches the illustration. Remove protective film after installation.
- Diagram Description (A): Take TV stands from the accessory bag and remove cable covers.
- Diagram Description (B): Carefully remove foam packaging from the left and right sides of the TV. Leave the TV on the bottom foam packaging.
- Diagram Description (C): Remove the 4 rubber caps from the left and right sides of the TV.
- Diagram Description (D): Install the 4 handles to the left and right sides of the TV for stability.
- Diagram Description (E): Align stands with screw holes on the TV. Secure with 6 M5x25mm screws. The table stand can be installed in a high or low position.
- Diagram Description (F): Route cables and install cable covers. Carefully lift and place the TV to the desired location.
- Diagram Description (G): Remove the 4 handles from the left and right sides of the TV.
- Diagram Description (H): Install the 4 rubber caps to the left and right sides of the TV.
- Diagram Description (I): Stand installation is complete.
Warning (Stability Hazard):
Never place a television in an unstable location, as it may fall and cause serious injury or death. Take precautions:
- Use manufacturer-recommended cabinets or stands.
- Use only furniture that can safely support the TV.
- Ensure the TV does not overhang the supporting furniture's edge.
- Anchor tall furniture and the TV if placing on tall furniture (e.g., cupboards, bookcases).
- Do not place the TV on materials between it and the supporting furniture.
- Educate children about the dangers of climbing furniture.
- Never place items that encourage climbing (toys, remotes) on top of the TV or furniture.
- Route cords and cables safely to prevent tripping.
Optional - Wall Mount Installation
Note: Wall mount hardware and accessories are not included. Do not install table stands if the TV is wall mounted.
Purchase a compatible VESA wall mount. The TV requires VESA 1000x600 (4 M8x16mm screws). Ensure your wall mount can bear at least five times the TV's net weight.
Note: Do not place the TV in direct sunlight, heat, fire, or moisture, as this will damage the TV.
Warning: This product should only be mounted by a professional installer.

- Diagram Description (E): Screw the VESA bracket tightly onto the back cover with 4 M8x16mm VESA screws.
- Diagram Description (F): Wall mount bracket installation is complete. Ensure no obstacles within 30mm of subwoofers.
- Diagram Description (G): Follow wall mount instructions to hang the TV.
- Diagram Description (H): Remove the 4 handles from the left and right sides of the TV.
- Diagram Description (I): Install the 4 rubber caps to the left and right sides of the TV.
- Diagram Description (J): Installation is complete.
Warning: Never install or mount this product to the ceiling with the screen side facing down. This is hazardous and may result in personal injury or property damage.
Step 2: Power up
Connect any external devices by referencing port labels on page 11. Connect the power cable to the TV and plug it into the wall outlet. Power the TV remote by inserting the included batteries.

Power Tip: Always replace depleted batteries with two new, same-brand batteries. Never use damaged batteries. If the remote gets warm/hot, discontinue use and contact customer support.
Step 3: Grab your remote
The TV remote is designed for intuitive navigation. Key buttons include:
- MUTE: Mutes sound.
- REMOTE MICROPHONE: Talk to the microphone after pressing the Google Assistant button.
- POWER: Turns TV on and off.
- INPUT: Selects input source and displays the quick panel.
- QUICK SETTINGS: Opens the quick menu.
- CIRCULAR D-PAD: Navigation direction buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right).
- OK BUTTON: Confirms an entry or selection.
- BACK: Returns to the previous screen.
- SETTINGS: Displays the dashboard menu.
- GOOGLE ASSISTANT BUTTON: Activates Google Assistant for voice search. Hold the button to speak.
- HOME: Accesses the TV homepage.
- LIVE GUIDE: Opens the Live TV Electronic Programming Guide (EPG).
- VOLUME (+/-): Adjusts volume.
- VIRTUAL KEYBOARD: Displays the on-screen keyboard.
- INFORMATION: Views program information.
- CHANNEL (+/-): Changes channels.
Turning off the remote backlight: By default, the backlight activates when lifted. To turn it off, press and hold SETTINGS and BACK simultaneously for 3 seconds. To turn it back on, repeat the process.
Tip: Follow the on-screen guide to pair the remote control with the TV.
Step 4: Get to know your TV
TV Front:
- A STATUS LIGHT OF HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL: Glows when hands-free voice control is active.
- IR RECEIVER: Receives signals from the TV remote.
TV Bottom/Side/Back:
- B POWER and OPTIONS BUTTON: Press once to open the menu; short click to change menu, long click to select.
- C HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL MIC SWITCH: Toggle switch to enable/disable the TV's integrated microphone.
- POWER PORT: Connects to the power source.
- USB PORT: Connect USB devices for photos, music, movies, or optional webcam for video calls.
- LAN: Connects to your home network router/switch via Ethernet.
- HDMI PORTS (1&2, 3&4): For high-quality audio/video connection (e.g., cable box, Blu-ray, gaming console). Ports 1&2 support up to 4K/144Hz; Ports 3&4 support up to 4K/60Hz.
- HDMI eARC/ARC PORT: Connects to audio devices like sound bars or AV receivers with audio return channel capability.
- ANTENNA/CABLE IN: Connects to an outdoor VHF/UHF antenna or Cable TV feed.
- AV IN adapter: For analog audio/video inputs from older devices. Connects via RCA cable (video - yellow, audio - white/red).
- HEADPHONE OUT: Connects headphones or external speakers.
- OPTICAL (DIGITAL AUDIO OUT): Connects to an external digital audio system via optical cable.

Step 5: Complete guided setup
Once your language is selected, you can set up the TV using the Google Home app on an Android or iOS phone. Alternatively, follow the on-screen instructions. You can use the TV as a regular TV without a network connection, but a Google Account, TCL account, and broadband internet are required for smart features and services.

TCL North America Limited Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for TCL Product Models purchased new from an Authorized Dealer in the United States.
New Products (Non-Commercial Use):
One (1) year from date of purchase or delivery for parts and labor.
New Products (Commercial Use):
Six (6) months from date of purchase or delivery for parts and labor.
What TCL will do:
At TCL's discretion, TCL will pay an Authorized TCL Service Center for repair or replace the Product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
How to get service:
Visit support.tcl.com for FAQs and troubleshooting. Contact TCL Customer Support with your product type, model, serial number, and ZIP code. Prior approval from a TCL representative is required before sending the product for service. A representative will troubleshoot your issue. Service location is at TCL's discretion. For TVs 43 inches and smaller, repair or exchange may be at an Authorized TCL Service Center. For TVs 44 inches and larger, repair or exchange may be at an Authorized TCL Service Center or in-home. Sound bars and appliances may also be repaired or exchanged at an Authorized TCL Service Center or in-home. If an on-site technician deems conditions hazardous, TCL may cancel/reschedule the visit or opt for an exchange.
TCL is not responsible for transportation costs to the service center but will pay for return shipping within the United States. Units improperly packed and damaged during shipping are not covered.
Proof of purchase is required. A picture of the product's back showing model/serial number and the issue may be required for replacement.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED before sending any product to a service center or obtaining in-home services.
What your warranty does not cover:
Units sold as "As-Is", "Used", "Reconditioned", "Re-Certified", or "Refurbished". The stated warranty is the only applicable warranty. No verbal or written information modifies this warranty. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to wireless network (WiFi):
- Select the correct network name and verify the password (case sensitive).
- Relocate the router away from interfering objects (cordless phones, baby monitors).
- Reboot the router by disconnecting power for over 2 minutes and reconnecting.
Problems connecting cable box or antenna via coax cable:
- For best performance, use HDMI connection. If not available:
- Ensure cable connections are secure.
- Select the correct cable or antenna input.
- Perform a full channel scan via the on-screen menu.
Universal or Cable Box Remote Control Codes:

How to update Parental Control password:
Navigate to Home screen > All settings > System > Parental Controls.
Notes: You can set up your password anytime. If forgotten, use 0423 to reset.
How to turn Text-to-Speech (TTS) on or off:
Navigate to Home screen > All settings > System > Accessibility > TalkBack. Select "Enable" to turn on/off. For more info, visit https://go.tcl.com/tts-atv.
How to use voice control through the remote control:
In Google TV mode, press and hold HOME and OK buttons simultaneously. Keep the remote within 3 ft. of the TV during pairing. Once the TV indicates Google Assistant is ready, hold the Google Assistant button and speak towards the remote microphone.
How to use hands-free voice control:
Notes: Ensure the hands-free voice control mic switch (refer to page 11) is turned on. Ensure your smart TV is connected to the internet.
- In Google TV mode, press the Google Assistant button. Select "Yes, I'm in".
- Say "OK Google" or "Hey Google" to activate the assistant without the remote. Speak towards the TV.
- To enable always-on hands-free control: Home screen > All settings > System > Power & Energy > Standby Mode > Screenless. Turn on "Screenless".
