Product Overview
The Mi Temperature and Humidity Sensor detects and records the ambient temperature and humidity in real-time. Users can check current and historical data via the associated mobile application. Based on detected temperature or humidity changes, the sensor can trigger automatic control of other smart devices when used with a compatible hub, enabling intelligent scenario execution.
Note: This product is designed for indoor use only and requires a device with hub capabilities to function.

Connecting with Mi Home / Xiaomi Home App
This product is compatible with the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home application. Users can control the device and interact with other smart home devices through the app.
To connect:
- Scan the QR code provided in the manual to download and install the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app.
- If the app is already installed, scanning the QR code will direct you to the connection setup page.
- Alternatively, search for "Mi Home / Xiaomi Home" in your device's app store to download and install it.
- Open the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Mi Temperature and Humidity Sensor" from the device list and follow the on-screen prompts to add your device.
Note: The application is referred to as "Xiaomi Home app" in Europe (excluding Russia). The app name displayed on your device should be considered the default.
Please be aware that app versions may be updated. Follow the instructions based on the current app version.
Installation
Effective Range Test: Press the reset button at the desired location. If the connected hub beeps, it confirms that the sensor can communicate effectively with the hub.
Installation Options:
- Option 1: Place the sensor directly in the desired location.
- Option 2: Remove the protective film from the adhesive backing (an additional adhesive sticker is included in the box) and stick the sensor to the desired location.
Important:
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive.
- Avoid installing the sensor on any metal surface.
