Easythreed X4 3D Printer Install Manual

This manual is written in accordance with the EasyThreed X4 3D printer.

Printer upgrades and equipment models may differ slightly; this is a normal phenomenon based on the actual products received.

User's manual is included on the TF card.

Parts List

Take out parts from the package and check if all parts are listed below:

• Printer base: The main structural component of the 3D printer.
• X, Z Axis, Print head: The assembly responsible for the printer's movement along the X and Z axes, and the extrusion mechanism.
• Control Box: Contains the printer's main electronic components and connections.
• Filament Holder 1: A bracket designed to hold filament spools.
• Filament Holder 2: An additional bracket for holding filament spools.
• Power Supply: Unit to provide electrical power to the printer.
• Screw Driver: A tool provided for assembly.
• Screws (2 pcs): Fasteners required for securing components.

Installation Steps

1. Install the XZ Axis set to the Printer Base.

   First, guide the Z-axis motor wire through the designated hole in the printer base.

   Then, install the XZ Axis assembly downwards, following the direction indicated by the [downward arrow].

2. After inserting the XZ Axis, fix it with 2 screws.

   The XZ Axis assembly is secured in place using two screws.

3. Connect the Z-axis motor line to the output line of the printer control box.

   Ensure the Z-axis motor wire is connected end-to-end with the corresponding connector on the printer control box.

4. Install the Filament Holder as shown.

   Important Notice: This filament holder is designed to support filament spools weighing up to 250g.
