Product Description
ISONE® 2.1 fire dampers are designed for tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH). They restore the fire resistance of partitions traversed by ventilation ducts. They are equipped with a default thermal fuse trigger at 70°C. They can be controlled by an electromagnetic coil (24/48VCC emission, 24VCC or 48VCC break) or a reset motor (24-48 VCC/VDC). The fire rating is up to 120 minutes on all standard partitions.

- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular PM: Dimensions (LxH) range from 200x100 mm to 800x600 mm.
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular GM: Dimensions (LxH) start from L≥800, H≥600, up to 1500x500 / 1000x1000 mm.

Installation
Installation is designed to be straightforward:
- No sealing required on light partitions, even with a post-mounted frame.
- Recessed mounting is possible on:
- Concrete and cellular concrete walls/slabs
- Plasterboard walls
- Plasterboard type A (1-hour rating) and type F (2-hour rating)
- Remote mounting is supported using the EASYNSTAL kit on PROMAT / GEOSTAF systems.
- Installation tabs facilitate positioning on light partitions.
- The Kit Easynstall simplifies the installation of rectangular dampers in light partitions (Type A, 60 minutes).
- An adapter piece is available for connection to oblong ducts.
- Follow EXAP EN 15882-2:2015 guidelines (rules X.45 and X.46) for extended reservation dimensions.
- Ensure compliance with fire classification reports during installation.
