Product Description
Fire dampers designed for tertiary buildings, including public access buildings (ERP) and high-rise buildings (IGH). These dampers restore the fire resistance of partitions penetrated by ventilation ducts.
Standard features include a thermal trip fuse with a 70°C default release temperature. They can be controlled by a 24/48VDC fail-safe (emission) or 24VDC/48VDC fail-secure (rupture) electromagnetic coil. The reset motor operates on 24-48 VDC.
The ISONE® 2.1 dampers offer fire resistance ratings of up to 120 minutes on all common partition types.
Available sizes:
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular PM: Width (W) from 200x100 mm to 800x600 mm.
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular GM: Width (W) up to 1500x500 mm or 1000x1000 mm.

Installation
- Installation without sealing on lightweight partitions is possible, even with a post-mounted frame.
- Recessed mounting is suitable for:
- Concrete walls/slabs and cellular concrete.
- Plaster tile walls.
- Plasterboard type A (1-hour fire rating) and type F (2-hour fire rating).
- Remote mounting is supported using PROMAT / GEOSTAF systems with the EASYNSTAL kit.
- Installation on lightweight partitions is facilitated by dedicated installation tabs.
- The Easynstall kit simplifies the installation of rectangular dampers in lightweight type A partitions (60 minutes fire rating).
- An adapter piece is available for connection to oblong ducts.
- Installation must comply with EXAP EN 15882-2:2015, rules X.45 and X.46 for extended dimensions.
- Ensure adherence to fire classification reports during the installation process.
Main Characteristics
- Certified and compliant with NF S 61937-5 and NF537 standards.
- CE marked according to EN 15650: 1812-CPR-1837.
- Standard leakage class C according to EN 1751.
- Fire resistance rating EI 120 S -500 Pa achieved on concrete walls/slabs, cellular concrete, and plasterboard type F, including PROMAT/Geostaff remote mounting.
- Complies with EXAP EN 15882-2:2015, rules X.45 and X.46.
- Available in a size range from 200x100 mm to 1500x500 / 1000 mm.
