The ISONE® 2.1 fire dampers are designed for easy selection, offering a single model for all partitions and fire resistance ratings. They are crucial components for fire safety in ventilation systems within tertiary buildings.

Operating Principle

The damper is normally open in its standby position. It closes upon command from the Fire Safety Command System (CMSI) or a thermal trigger, moving to a safe (closed) position. It can be reset remotely via the motorization system.

Product Description

Fire dampers intended for tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH - Establishments Receiving the Public, High-Rise Buildings). They maintain the fire resistance rating of partitions traversed by ventilation ducts.

Equipped with a standard thermal trigger fusible link at 70°C.

Can be controlled by a 24/48VDC fail-safe (emission) or 24VDC/48VDC fail-secure (break) electromagnetic coil.

Reset motor operates on 24-48 VDC.

Fire resistance rating up to 120 minutes on all standard partitions.

Available Sizes:

• ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular PM: (Length x Height): from 200x100 mm to 800x600 mm.
• ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular GM: (Length x Height): L≥800, H≥600, up to 1500x500 / 1000x1000 mm.

Installation Clearances:

For concrete walls: Requires X+80 x Y+80 mm clearance.

For concrete slabs: Requires X+145 x Y+145 mm clearance.

For 120-minute plasterboard partitions: Requires X+70 x Y+70 mm clearance.

For 120-minute lightweight partitions: Requires X+70 x Y+70 mm clearance and a minimum depth of 98 mm.

For 60-minute lightweight partitions with Easynstall kit: Requires X+70 x Y+70 mm clearance and a minimum depth of 98 mm.
