Terminal Interface

- AV IN: External AV Signal Input.
- HDMI: Digital signal input from HDMI video connector.
- ANT 75Ω: Connect the antenna/cable TV input (75Ω/VHF/UHF).
- USB: Connect a USB device here to play its media files or to record programs via the PVR function.
- EARPHONE OUTPUT: When earphones are plugged in, speakers are disabled.
- OPTICAL output: Connect the SPDIF receiver.
- LAN: Connect the Internet.

TV INSTALL AND CONNECT
Set your TV
To put your TV on a firm place which can bear the weight of the TV.
To avoid danger, please don't position the TV near water or heating place (such as light, candle, heating machine), do not block the ventilation at the back of TV.

Connect antenna and power
- Connect the antenna cable to the antenna socket on the back of the TV.
- Plug the power cord of TV (AC 100-240V~50/60Hz).
Turn on TV
- Connect the power supply, enter the standby mode (red light), press the power button of the TV or the power button on the remote control to turn on the TV.

TV STAND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Open the carton and remove the TV and scattered accessories and base (some models without base).
- In order to avoid damaging the TV, please cover it with a soft mattress, put it on the table, face down on the soft material, and screw the neck of the base to the TV.
- Screw the base and connect it to the TV.
- The installation is complete.

REMOTE CONTROL OVERVIEW
The remote control has various buttons for operating the TV. Below is a description of each button:
- 1: Switches the TV between on and standby mode.
- 2: Indicator light.
- 3: Mute or restore your TV sound.
- 4: Live TV.
- 5: Displays the present channel information such as the current time and channel name.
- 6: Open the main menu, press to list the sources.
- 7: Talk to Google to control your TV using your voice.
- 8: Switch to Kids mode.
- 9: On the HOME page, this button is "Dashboard" function. On the Live TV, this button is "Menu" function.
- 10: Cursor UP/LEFT/RIGHT/DOWN.
- 11: Press to move back through menus.
- 12: Open the Live TV EPG.
- 13: Displays the home screen.
- 14 YouTube: Connects to YouTube (Internet connection required).
- 15 NETFLIX: Connects to NETFLIX for viewing Online TV shows and films (Internet connection required).
- 16 prime video: Connects to Prime video (Internet connection required).
- 17 Disney+: Connects to Disney+.
- 18: Open the Karaoke menu.
- 19 SUB.T: SUB.T.

INITIAL INSTALLATION
The first time you switch the TV on, the initial step screen appears which guides you through the initial process. Please follow the Text Tips to finish initial installation.
1.1 Pairing Bluetooth Remote
- Press and simultaneously on the remote control to enter the Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light on the remote control will flash when starting the pairing mode.
- Select the "Skip" icon to skip the pairing mode.

1.2 Language select

1.3 TV Set-up select

- Use your Android™ Smart phone to download and open the Google Home App on your phone.
- Use the Google Home to scan the QR code on the TV device.
- Follow the instructions in the Google Home App. Note: Press to cancel.
If you just want to use your TV normally, please select "Set up basic TV".

Select "Accept" to confirm if you want your location identified on your Google TV and agree to automatically send diagnostic information to help improve your experience.

Once you have completed initial setup, you will now enter the home screen or press the

Watch what's happening live. Movies and Shows are grouped in ways that reflect your interests. So you can binge your favorite sagas and find your way to uncharted worlds.
3. Apps
Selected the "Apps" to have access to all your applications. Pre-installed applications are available for you in this row.
4. Library
Find your purchases, rentals, and watch-listed content across TV, mobile, and web here.
5. Search
Thousands of movies and shows at the sound of your voice. Ask Google to quickly find what you want to watch.
3. Settings
Allows to set various performance of your TV.
- Press to select "Settings" which is in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Press to select the option you want to adjust in the Settings menu.
- Press button to enter.

Channel and inputs
Display the scan sub-menu based on different channel installation modes.
- Press to select "Channel Source" & "Inputs".
- Press button to enter "Channels", then press to choose Analog, antenna to scan the channels.
- Press to select "Inputs", press to enter "Inputs", then press to choose HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, HDMI4, Composite etc.

Network & Internet
Adjust all network settings and check connection if you have connection problems.
- Press to select "Network & Internet" in the settings menu.

Factory Reset
If Factory reset is selected, it will erase all data from your device's internal storage, including your Google account, system and apps data and settings, and downloaded apps.

4. TV SOURCE SETTING
To enter TV source in Homepage:
- Press button to select input source.
- Press button, then select "Channels" and select "New Channels available" to enter.

5. Accounts & sign-in
To have access and to download applications, you must sign in with a Google Account.

Once you open Google Play, you will be prompted to sign in or create a new account.
SETTINGS
Once you have signed in, you will be brought to the below page. Scroll through the list of applications available for download or go to the search button, and search via entering text or by asking Google Assistant on your voice remote.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Common fixes
Many minor issues can be resolved by hard resetting, or power cycling the unit or upgrading the firmware.
To perform a hard reset, or power cycle, please use the following steps:
- Unplug it from the main power socket and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Press and hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
- Connect the TV back to the power and turn it on.
Poor picture and sound quality
- Try a different channel.
- Adjust the antenna.
- Check all connections.
No picture or sound in TV status
- Try another channel.
- Press the button.
- Make sure TV is plugged in.
- Check the antenna connection.
No sound or sound is too low at maximum volume
- Check the volume settings on any external speakers connected to your television.
- Adjust the TV volume accordingly.
- Check another channel or input.
- Check that MUTE hasn't been turned on.
Picture rolls vertically
- Check all connections.
No colour, wrong colour or tints
- Make sure the program itself is broadcast in colour.
- Select the picture menu, then adjust the colour and tint submenus.
Blurred or snowy picture, distorted sound
- Check direction, location and connections to your antenna.
- Issues may be caused by the use of an indoor antenna (poor signal).
Remote control malfunctions
- Replace remote control batteries.
- Check battery terminals.
- Remote is out of range, move closer to TV.
- Remove any obstructions between remote and IR sensor of TV.
- Make sure the power cord to your TV is plugged in and turned on.
Image is not centred on the screen
- Adjust the horizontal and vertical position.
"No Signal" on HDMI source
- Test the device with a different HDMI cable.
- Plug the device into another HDMI port.
- Try a different device connected to the same cable and port.
- Perform a factory reset on your TV.
Care & maintenance
Unplug the television from the power supply before cleaning. Do not use any liquid cleaners or harsh chemicals. Always use a soft, damp cloth.
Cleaning the screen
Wet a soft cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and a little fabric softener or dish washing detergent. Wring the cloth until it's almost dry, and then use it to wipe the screen.
Make sure the excess water is off the screen, and then let it air-dry before you turn on your TV.
Cleaning the casing
To remove dirt or dust, wipe the TV casing with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Please be sure not to use a wet cloth.
