Remote Control Overview
1. Power [Power Button]: Switches the TV between on and standby mode.
2. Indicator Light [Indicator Light]: Indicator light.
3. Mute [Mute Button]: Mute or restore your TV sound.
4. Live TV [Live TV Button]: Displays the Live TV.
5. Info [Info Button]: Displays the present channel information such as the current time and channel name.
6. Menu [Menu Button]: Open the main menu, press to list the sources.
7. Google Assistant [Google Assistant Button]: Talk to Google to control your TV using your voice.
8. Kids Mode [Kids Mode Button]: Switch to Kids mode.
9. Dashboard/Menu [Dashboard/Menu Button]: On the HOME page, this button is the "Dashboard" function. On the Live TV, this button is "Menu" function.
10. Navigation [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons]: Cursor UP/LEFT/RIGHT/DOWN.
11. Back [Back Button]: Press to move back through menus.
12. EPG [EPG Button]: Open the Live TV EPG.
13. Home [Home Button]: Displays the home screen.
14. YouTube [YouTube Button]: Connects to YouTube (Internet connection required).
15. Netflix [Netflix Button]: Connects to Netflix for viewing online TV shows and films (Internet connection required).
16. Prime Video [Prime Video Button]: Connects to Prime Video (Internet connection required).
17. Disney+ [Disney+ Button]: Connects to Disney+.
18. Karaoke Menu [Karaoke Menu Button]: Open the KARAOKE menu.
19. SUB.T [Subtitle Button]: SUB.T (Subtitle).
Note: Google Assistant is not available in certain languages and countries. Availability of services varies by country and language.
Assembly and Installation
Before You Get Started
Spread cushioning flat to lay the TV on. This will help to prevent damage.
1. Stand Assembly
a. Attach stands to base of TV.
b. Insert two 16 mm screws (PM5 x 16(4PCS)) for each stand, and use a Phillips head screwdriver [Screwdriver] (not supplied) to tighten.
2. Remote Control Assembly
a. Open the battery compartment cover on the back side.
b. Insert two 1.5V AAA size batteries [Battery], making sure to match the polarity markings (+ / -) of the batteries with the diagram inside the compartment.
c. Replace battery compartment cover.
Ports Diagram Description
The back panel of the TV features the following ports:

3. Connect to Antenna
a. Connect an antenna cable (not supplied) via the 'ANT' input port at the back of the TV.
b. Ensure the antenna cable is also connected to a working antenna, either via an antenna wall socket in your home, or directly.
4. Turning TV On
Plug the power cord into a suitable power outlet, then press the POWER [Power Button] button on the remote control, aiming it at the sensor at the front of the TV. Alternatively, press the power button on the lower side of the back panel on the TV.
Turning TV Off
Press the POWER [Power Button] button on the remote control to enter standby mode. To power down the TV completely, unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Do not leave your set in standby mode for long periods. If not using the TV for a long time, it is recommended to unplug the set from both the power outlet and aerial.
Initial Setup
1. Initial Setup
The on-screen setup wizard will guide you through setting up your TV. Please follow the guide to set up your TV correctly.
1.1 Pairing Bluetooth Remote
1. Press "[Back Button]" and "[Home Button]" simultaneously on the remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light on the remote control will flash when starting the pairing mode.
2. Select the "Skip" icon to skip the pairing mode.
1.2 Language Select
Use the [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select system languages, then press "[OK Button]" to confirm.
1.3 TV Set-up Select
Use the [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select your TV setup, then press "[OK Button]" to confirm.
1.3.1 Set up Google TV™
1. Use your Android™ Smart phone to download and open the Google Home App.
2. Use the Google Home app to scan the QR code on the TV device.
3. Follow the instructions in the Google Home App.
Note: Press "[Back Button]" to cancel. If you just want to use your TV normally, select “Set up basic TV”.
1.3.2 Set up basic TV
Press the "[OK Button]" button to enter the next page to select your Wi-Fi network.
1.3.2.1 Configure the Wi-Fi Network
Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to, enter the password, and then confirm to connect. If you select "Skip", it can be performed later in the homepage or settings menu.
1.4 Terms of Service
By accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to improve the product experience. Select "[Accept Button]" to proceed with this condition.
1.5 Google Services
Select "[Accept Button]" to confirm if you want your location identified on your Google TV and agree to automatically send diagnostic information to help improve your experience.
1.6 Region or Country Select
Use the [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select your region or country, then press "[OK Button]" to confirm.
1.7 Disclaimer Terms
Read the disclaimer terms regarding Google's system and third-party applications. Select "[Next Button]" to proceed.
1.8 Tuner Mode Setting
Use the [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select Antenna/Cable/Satellite to scan TV channels, then press "[OK Button]" to confirm. If you select "Skip", the channel scan can be performed later in the menu.
1.9 Check Settings
Please verify settings in system settings, then select "[Start Now Button]".
1.10 Play Auto Installs
Select to install or uninstall recommended apps using this process. Select "[Start Exploring Button]" to proceed to the next page.
Home Screen
2. Home
Once you have completed initial setup, you will enter the home screen. Press the [Home Button] to display the homepage.
The home screen features sections like:
- 1. For You: Browse content from your Apps, intelligently organized.
- 2. Movies & Shows: Watch live content, grouped by your interests.
- 3. Apps: Access all your applications. Pre-installed applications are available.
- 4. Library: Find your purchases, rentals, and watch listed content across TV, mobile, and web.
- 5. Search: Ask Google to quickly find what you want to watch using your voice.
Note: Some countries' home screen UI may display differently.
Settings and Connectivity
3. Settings
Allows you to set various performance options for your TV. Access "Settings" from the upper right corner of the screen. Use [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select options and "[OK Button]" to enter.
Channel and Inputs
Display the scan sub-menu based on different channel installation modes.
- Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select "Channel Source" & "Inputs".
- Press "[OK Button]" to enter "Channels", then press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to choose Analog or Antenna to scan channels.
- Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select "Inputs", press "[OK Button]" to enter "Inputs", then press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to choose HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, HDMI4, Composite, etc.
Network & Internet
Adjust all network settings and check your connection.
- Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select "Network & Internet" in the settings menu.
- Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select Wi-Fi, Add new network, Scanning always available, Proxy settings, or IP settings.
System
Press [Up/Down/Left/Right Buttons] to select options like About, Date & Time, Timer, Language, Inputs, Picture, Sound, Google Assistant, Reset, and others. Press "[OK Button]" to jump to the corresponding sub-option.
- About: Check system update, device name, restart, status, network information, legal information.
- Factory Reset: If selected, this will erase all data from your device's internal storage, including your Google Account, system and app data, settings, and downloaded apps.
4. TV Source Setting
To enter TV source in Homepage:
- Press the [Home Button] to select input source.
- Press the [Settings Button], then select "Channels" and select "New Channels available" to enter.
5. Accounts & Sign-in
To access and download applications, you must sign in with a Google Account. Once you open Google Play, you will be prompted to sign in or create a new account. After signing in, you can scroll through applications, use the search button, or ask Google Assistant via your voice remote.
Basic Troubleshooting
Poor Picture and Sound Quality
- Try a different channel.
- Adjust the antenna.
- Check all connections.
No Picture or Sound in TV Status
- Try another channel.
- Press the TV/AV button.
- Make sure the TV is plugged in.
- Check the antenna connection.
No Sound or Sound is Too Low at Maximum Volume
- Check the volume settings on any external speakers connected to your television.
- Adjust the TV volume accordingly.
- Check another channel or input.
- Check that MUTE hasn't been turned on.
No Colour, Wrong Colour or Tints
- Make sure the program itself is broadcast in colour.
- Select the picture menu, then adjust the colour and tint submenus.
Picture Rolls Vertically
- Check all connections.
Blurred or Snowy Picture, Distorted Sound
- Check direction, location, and connections to your antenna.
- Issues may be caused by the use of an indoor antenna (poor signal).
Remote Control Malfunctions
- Replace remote control batteries.
- Check battery terminals.
- Remote is out of range; move closer to TV.
- Remove any obstructions between the remote and IR sensor of the TV.
- Make sure the power cord to your TV is plugged in and turned on.
Image is Not Centred on the Screen
- Adjust the horizontal and vertical position.
"No Signal" on HDMI Source
- Test the device with a different HDMI cable.
- Plug the device into another HDMI port.
- Try a different device connected to the same cable and port.
- Perform a factory reset on your TV.
