Safety & Warnings

Read all safety instructions before first use even if you are familiar with this product. Retain this user guide for future reference.

• Do not use on wounds, eyes or lips.
• For best results, use immediately after a mosquito bite.
• This product uses a heat-based method and is suitable for pregnant individuals, breastfeeding individuals and children. The ceramic contact surface is safe for use.
• A mild burning sensation may occur during use. This product is not recommended for individuals with high sensitivity or known allergic reactions.
• Do not use this product if you have scars, skin conditions at the site of use, or if you have consumed alcohol or taken pain relief medication.
• This product is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. Children aged 3-12 must only use the product under adult supervision.
• Protect the product from impacts, moisture, dust and chemical exposure. Store in a location with minimal temperature fluctuations and away from heat sources.
• Do not allow water to enter the product. If it becomes wet, remove the batteries and allow the product to fully dry before reuse.
• Do not place heavy items on top of the product during storage.
• Keep out of reach of children when not in use.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself.

Operation

This product uses high-frequency heat energy to target the surface of the skin, helping to neutralise tissue toxins and proteins found in mosquito saliva. This reduces or eliminates the itch, swelling, and discomfort associated with mosquito bites. The device also helps to eliminate biologically active enzymes introduced during a bite. It is a safe, effective, and convenient solution for relieving irritation caused by various mosquito bites.

Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment located on the rear panel of the product.
2. Insert x2 AAA (1.5V) batteries, ensuring correct polarity as indicated.
3. Close the battery compartment securely before use.

Power On

Slide the switch from 'OFF' to the 'ON' position. A beep will sound and the indicator will flash blue for 1 second.

Power Off

Slide the switch from 'ON' to the 'OFF' position.

Anti-Itch Mode

• Mode 1: The default anti-itch mode is activated when the device is turned on. Press the 'Function' button once to begin heating. The indicator will illuminate blue. Place the ceramic surface against the affected area. After a beep sounds, the therapy will begin and last for 8 seconds. The blue light will turn off when the treatment is complete.
• Mode 2: Double-press the 'Function' button quickly to activate the extended anti-itch mode. The indicator will illuminate orange. Place the device on the affected area. After a beep, therapy begins and lasts for 12 seconds. The indicator will turn off at the end of the treatment.
• If symptoms persist after one application, you may repeat the treatment. Allow at least a 2-minute pause before reapplying.
• Do not administer more than 5 applications per hour on the same bite.

Mosquito Repellent Mode

• Press the 'Function' button 3 times quickly to turn the mosquito repellent feature on/off.
• When active, the indicator flashes blue once every 3 seconds.
• This mode can be used at the same time as the anti-itch feature. The indicator colour during use corresponds to the active anti-itch mode.

Automatic Sleep

• If there is no user input for an extended period of time, it will automatically enter sleep mode.
• Press the function button to wake the device.

Low Battery Indicator

• If the battery voltage drops below 2.5V, the device will emit 3 beeps.
• The indicator will flash orange, and the device will then enter sleep mode.
• Replace the batteries.

Cleaning & Care

• Clean the ceramic surface using alcohol wipes.
• Wipe the rest of the device with a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the product in water or allow moisture to enter the internal components.
