This document provides assembly instructions for the IKEA BISSA shoe cabinet. Please read carefully and follow each step of the instructions.
Important Information & Warnings
WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture falling down. To prevent this furniture from falling down, it must be permanently fixed to the wall.
Assembly should be carried out by a qualified person, because wrong assembly may lead to the furniture falling down and causing injury or damage. Fastening devices for the wall are not included since different wall materials require different types of fastening devices. Use fastening devices suitable for the walls in your home. Assess the suitability of the wall to ensure that the fastening devices will withstand the forces generated. For advice on suitable fastening devices, contact your local specialized dealer.

Assembly Steps
- Attach the side panels to the base panel using dowels and screws.
- Insert cam bolts into the side panels and attach the base panel.
- Attach the vertical support panels to the base and top panels using dowels.
- Insert dowels into the top and bottom panels.
- Attach the side panels to the top and bottom panels using cam locks.
- Place the top panel onto the assembled sides and secure with cam locks.
- Attach the back panel to the assembled unit.
- Insert the shoe shelves into the cabinet.
- Attach the doors to the cabinet using the provided hinges.
- Secure the cabinet to the wall using appropriate wall fasteners (not included).
Note: The assembly process involves multiple steps with specific hardware for each. Refer to the diagrams for precise placement and orientation of parts.
Safety and Care
Always ensure the furniture is securely fastened to the wall to prevent tipping. Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
