Quick Start Guide
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a level surface in your desired location. If the surface is uneven, turn the rear feet to level the dispenser.
- Drip Tray: Slide the drip tray into its corresponding slot.
- Tube Cleaning: Clean the water tube with a damp cloth and dish soap. Place the tube connector in the interior door holder to keep it clean. (Visit www.primowater.com for detailed cleaning instructions).
- Bottle Connection: Take a Primo water bottle and remove the cap completely. Insert the tube connector into the bottle. Press firmly to secure the connector onto the bottle opening. For 3 and 4-gallon bottles, press the tabs on the top of the tube connector to separate the tube cap from the neck, then press the neck firmly onto the bottle opening.
- Bottle Installation: Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the cabinet door.
- Power Up: Plug the dispenser into a grounded outlet. The dispenser will begin pumping water to fill the internal hot and cold water tanks.
- Function Switches: Turn on desired functions by placing the switches on the rear of the dispenser in the ON position.
- Blue: Night Light
- Green: Cools Water
- Red: Heats Water
- Initial Flush: Once the dispenser stops filling the internal tanks, dispense and discard at least 1 quart (approximately 2 pint glasses) of water. (Diagram shows a 1 QT icon).
- Ready Time: Water will be ready cold in approximately 1 hour, and hot in approximately 12 minutes. (Diagrams show 1 HR and 12 MIN icons).

Operating Instructions
Cold Water Dispensing
- The water will take approximately 1 hour from initial installation to be completely cold. The cooling light will turn off once the water is fully cold.
- Press your glass or container against the paddle below the blue circle to dispense cold water. Release pressure to stop dispensing.
Hot Water Dispensing
- The water will take approximately 12 minutes from initial installation to reach its highest temperature. The heating light will turn off once the water is fully hot.
- This water dispenser is equipped with a child safety feature to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water. To dispense hot water, press and hold the red lock button, then press your cup or container against the paddle directly below the red lock button.
CAUTION: This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can cause severe burns. Avoid direct contact with hot water. Keep children and pets away from the unit while it is dispensing water. Never allow children to serve hot water without direct and adequate supervision. Disable the heating function by placing the heating switch on the rear of the unit in the Off position or unplug the unit.
Bottle Replacement
When the bottle is empty, the empty bottle light will flash. To prevent water inside from freezing or overheating, the dispenser will not heat or cool water when the empty bottle light is flashing. Replace the bottle as soon as possible to reactivate cooling and heating.
- Open the dispenser cabinet door and remove the empty bottle.
- Remove the tube connector from the empty bottle and place it in the tube support.
- Set the empty bottle aside.
- Remove the entire plastic cap from the new bottle.
- Insert the tube into the bottle and slide the neck down until a click indicates it is in place. Press the top of the tube until the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle.
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
Cleaning and Maintenance
For better taste, performance, and hygiene:
- Clean your cabinet, controls, tube, and nozzle each time you replace the water bottle. Use a clean, soft cloth and a food-safe disinfectant or bleach.

- Switches: ON and OFF switches for heating, cooling, and night light are located on the rear of the dispenser.
- Empty Bottle Light: Flashes when the bottle is empty and needs replacement.
- Cooling Light: Is green when water is cooling. The light turns off when water is completely cold.
- Heating Light: Is green when water is heating. The light turns off when water is completely hot.
- Power Light: Is green when the dispenser is powered on.
- Cold Water Paddle: Press the glass or container against the paddle to dispense. Release pressure to stop water flow.
- Night Light: LED night light with an ON/OFF switch.
- Hot Water Paddle with Child Safety: Press the red button and then press a cup or container against the paddle to dispense. Release pressure to stop water flow.
- Tube Support: Rest the tube connector in the support (located inside the cabinet door) to keep it clean while replacing bottles.
- Tube: The tube pumps water from the bottle to the hot and cold tanks.
- Drip Tray with Capacity Indicator: Removable and dishwasher-safe. The red indicator rises when it's time to empty it.

- Adjustable Feet: Turn the rear feet on the dispenser base to adjust and level it.
Limited Warranty
Primo Water Corporation ("Provider") warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is installed and operated as indicated in the accompanying printed instructions, all parts forming part of such dispenser shall be free from defects in both workmanship and material, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The provider may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from a retail seller or distributor. Therefore, you should keep your receipt or invoice. The Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which shall be found to be defective under normal use and service, which shall be determined by the Provider in its reasonable discretion upon examination and confirmation of such defect. Before returning any part, you must contact the Provider's Customer Service Department through the contact information mentioned below. If the Provider confirms, after verification, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned part, and such Provider accepts the claim, the Provider will replace the defective part without charge. If you return a defective part, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. The Provider will return replacement parts to the original purchaser with freight and shipping charges prepaid.
The Limited Warranty shall not cover any failure or difficulty in operation occasioned by accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, improper application, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance or service by you or any other person, or if normal routine maintenance is not performed on the dispenser as indicated in the User Manual. Furthermore, the Limited Warranty shall not cover damage to the finish, such as scratches, nicks, loss of color, or oxidation after purchase.
The Limited Warranty supersedes any other express warranty. The Provider will not recognize any warranty of products purchased from a seller other than an authorized retail seller or distributor. UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THE TWO (2) YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PROVIDER WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHERMORE, THE PROVIDER SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ALL LIABILITY IN RESPECT TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The Provider assumes no liability for defects caused by third parties. The Limited Warranty extends to the purchaser specific legal rights; a purchaser may have other rights depending on where they live. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
