Open the carton and remove the product. Check for completeness and any damage immediately after unpacking. Later claims cannot be accepted. A slight odor may be present temporarily after unpacking.
5.0 Maintenance and Care Information
Clean the table with a cloth and warm, soapy water. Avoid solvent-based cleaners or detergents like bleach, as they can damage the product. Regular cleaning, inspection, and maintenance enhance safety and lifespan.
Wood Care Instructions
Wash oiled wooden parts with lukewarm water and a mild soap solution to remove wood dust and excess oil.
Natural hardwood products require regular oiling for maintenance. Before re-oiling, lightly sand the wood and clean as described. Then, treat according to your care product's instructions.
Damage from irregular oiling is not covered by the warranty. Surface color changes, greying, and minor cracks are normal for natural products and are not grounds for complaint. Following care instructions will ensure long-term enjoyment of your natural product.
Do not place wooden furniture directly on grass. Soil and grass moisture can lead to mold and moisture damage. Hardwood furniture should not be permanently exposed to rain. If using an oil with color pigments, pigments may wash out, potentially soiling surfaces. Casaria accepts no liability for soiled surfaces.
