Polaris Mini Portable Camera Dolly Setup
End Spacers Assembly
- Open the side clamp and gently pull the screw slightly outward.
- Slide the washer onto the screw.
- Attach the knob to the screw.
- Close the side clamp and tighten the knob securely.
- Repeat the same steps on the opposite side.
- Next, open the top clamp and pull the screw outward.
- Slide the washer onto the screw.
- Attach the knob to the screw.
- Close the top clamp and tighten the knob.
- Repeat the same process on the opposite side.
- Insert the knob into the center of the end spacer dolly and tighten it properly.
- The knob is now attached to the end spacer dolly.
- Insert the feet with knobs into the end spacer dolly.
- Repeat the same step on the opposite end spacer dolly.
- Follow the same steps to assemble the other end spacer dolly.
Mount the C-Stand
- Mount the end Spacer Dolly ends onto a C-stand (not included).
- Tighten the provided knob to secure the assembly firmly.
- Loosen the knob on the top clamp.
- Open the top clamp fully.
- Loosen the knob on the opposite side top clamp.
- Both top clamps are now open and ready for further assembly.
Attach the Track
- Insert the track rail into the clamp.
- Close the clamp securely.
- Tighten the knob properly to secure it.
- Insert the track rail into the opposite side clamp.
- Close the clamp and tighten the knob to secure it.
- Repeat the same steps for the other side.
Mounting the Proaim Mini Portable Camera Dolly
- Mount the Mini Portable Camera Dolly onto the track.
- Attach the 100mm bowl to the Mini Portable Camera Dolly. Note: Equipped with an integrated Mitchell mount and 75mm/100mm bowl adapters, it also supports a 150mm bowl adapter.
- Attach the 100mm bowl to the dolly using the screw, and securely tighten it with a 5mm Allen key.
- The 100mm bowl is now firmly mounted on the dolly.
Anti-Tilt Safety Brake Assembly
- Loosen the knob on the Anti-Tilt Safety Brake.
- Attach Anti-Tilt Safety Brake to Mini Portable Camera Dolly.
- Tighten the knob securely to fix the brake in place.
Mount Fluid Head on the Bowl Adapter
- Remove the knob from the Fluid Head (not included).
- Loosen the knob.
- Press the orange button and remove the plate from the fluid head.
- Place the fluid head onto the bowl adapter of the Mini Portable Camera Dolly.
- Tighten the knob on the Mini Portable Camera Dolly to secure the fluid head.
- The fluid head is now attached to the camera dolly.
Assemble the Camera
- Attach the camera (not included) to the plate using a screwdriver (not included).
- Ensure the camera is securely fastened to the plate.
- Slide the plate along with the camera onto the fluid head.
- Tighten the knob to secure the camera firmly in place.
- The Polaris Mini dolly setup is now ready.
Warranty, Liability, and Support
Warranty: PROAIM offers a one-year warranty for its products from the date of purchase. Within this period, repairs will be made without charge for labor or parts. The warranty does not cover transportation costs or damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, inspection, or evaluation by external parties.
Liability: PROAIM is not liable for damage caused by products not supplied by them, mishandling during transit, accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of care, or service performed by anyone other than PROAIM.
