Assembly Manual

What's In The Box

Please inspect the contents of your shipped package to ensure you have received everything that is listed below.

Rig Wheels Monorail Carriage Kit with Two Pipe Clamps
2 x Pipe Support Clamps
Mounting Bar
2 x Allen Bolts (Size: 1/4 x 3/8”)
2 x Button Heads (Size: M8 x 16mm)
2 x Allen Keys (Size: 3/16"-5mm)

Monorail Dolly Assembly

Attach the rig wheels to the mounting bar.
Insert the button head screw (M8x16mm) through the aligned hole.
Next, tighten the button head screw using a 3/16" Allen key.

Mounting Pipe Support Clamp on Stand (Baby Pin)

Loosen both knobs on the clamp and attach it to the stand (not included).
Feature: It's compatible with baby and junior light stands, adding flexibility to your rigging options.
After mounting the clamp, tighten both knobs to secure it.
Repeat the same process to mount the second clamp.

Mounting Pipe Support Clamp on Stand (Junior Pin)

Remove both knobs from the clamp and securely attach the clamp to the stand (not included).

Mounting Quick Release Camera Plate on Monorail Dolly

Mount the quick release plate (not included) onto the monorail dolly.
Align the holes and insert the Allen bolts (1/4x3/8").
Feature: The mounting plate includes multiple threaded and free holes for various configurations, with included screws ensuring a secure and easy attachment.
Next, tighten the bolts using a 5mm Allen key.
The quick release plate is now securely mounted on the monorail dolly.

Speed Rail Setup

Slide the dolly onto the speed rail, ensuring it is properly aligned.
Feature: The included pipe clamps ensure a secure and stable setup, allowing the carriage to glide seamlessly along the track with wheels that feature sealed bearings for reduced friction and smooth movements.
Loosen both top knobs on the clamp and insert the speed rail (not included) into the clamp.
Once the speed rail is mounted, securely tighten both top knobs.
Repeat the same process to attach the other end of the speed rail to the second clamp.
Feature: Support clamps fit rails ranging from 38mm to 48mm in diameter, providing versatile setup configurations.

Attach DJI Ronin to the Quick Release Plate

Carefully slide the DJI Ronin (not included) onto the quick release camera plate.
Then, tighten the ratchet knob on the plate to secure the gimbal.
The DJI Ronin is now securely attached to the quick release plate and, thus, to the monorail dolly.
Next, mount the camera (not included) onto the gimbal.
The setup is now ready to use.
