Device Overview
Display Screen: The main screen for viewing footage and menus.
Cameras:
- Inside Facing Camera: Captures the interior of the vehicle.
- 140° Pivoting Road Facing Camera: Captures the road ahead and can pivot.
Mounting and Controls:
- Mounting Slot: For attaching the device to the mount.
- Reset Button: Located on the back, press to reset/reboot the device.
- Microphone: Records audio.
- Menu Navigation Buttons: Used to navigate through menus and settings.
- Suction Cup Mount: Features a Ball Socket Joint, Locking Nut, Suction Locking Lever, and Window Suction for mounting.
Ports:
- Memory Card Slot: For inserting the Micro-SD card.
- USB Power Input: For connecting the 12V car adapter.
Setup and Operation
Getting Started
Connect the device to a computer to transfer footage. Ensure the memory card is inserted.
Button Functions
- SEL Button: Short press to turn the LCD screen on/off or select options in menus. Long press to power the device on or off.
- M Button: Short press to access menu settings. Long press 1 enters Photo Mode. Long press 2 enters Photo/Video Playback Mode. Long press 3 returns to recording mode.
- Navigation Buttons (<UP>, <DOWN>): Use to navigate up/down through menus and settings. The <DOWN> button also controls microphone recording (an icon indicates status).
Device Settings
Access settings via the M button.
- Screen Timeout: Sets how long the screen stays on (Off, 30 Sec, 1 Min, 2 Min).
- Auto Power Off: Shuts down the device after a selected time (Off, 3 Min, 5 Min, 10 Min). Countdown starts after the vehicle is turned off.
- Beep Sound: Toggles audible beeps for button presses (Off, On).
- Language: Select the menu language (English, Spanish, French).
- Date/Time: Set the date and time for video recording timestamps.
- Format SD Card: Formats the inserted memory card.
- Version: Displays the device's software version.
Video Settings
- Resolution: Select video recording resolution (1080P, 720P).
- Dual Camera: Enables recording from both cameras simultaneously.
- Loop Recording: Records in segments, overwriting the oldest files when the card is full (Off, 3 Min, 5 Min, 10 Min).
- Exposure: Adjusts brightness for video recording (+3 to -3).
- Motion Detection: Records when motion is detected (Off, On).
- G-Sensor: Detects impacts and automatically locks the current recording to prevent overwriting (Off, Low, Medium, High).
Picture Settings
- Capture Mode: Sets the number of photos taken per capture (Single, 2/5/10 Sec. Delay).
- Resolution: Select photo resolution (VGA, 1.3MP, 2MP, 3MP, 5MP, 8MP, 10MP, 12MP).
- Continuous Shooting: Captures multiple photos in quick succession.
- Image Quality: Sets the compression level for photos (Fine, Normal, Economy).
- Sharpness: Adjusts image sharpness (Strong, Normal, Soft).
- White Balance: Adjusts color based on lighting conditions (Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten, Fluorescent).
- Color Filters: Apply color effects to photos (Normal, Black & White, Sepia).
- ISO: Adjusts light sensitivity (Auto, 100, 200, 400).
- Exposure: Adjusts overall image brightness for photos.
- Quick Review: Displays a preview of the last captured photo/video (Off, 2 Sec, 5 Sec).
- Date Stamp: Adds the date and time to captured images (Off, On).
Playback Settings
- Delete: Delete recorded videos or photos (Delete Current, Delete All).
- Protection: Lock individual files or all files to prevent deletion (Lock One, Unlock One, Lock All, Unlock All).
- Slideshow: Sets the display interval for slideshow playback (2s, 5s, 8s).
Special Features
- Gravity Sensor (G-Sensor): Automatically locks video segments when sudden impacts or changes in motion are detected, protecting them from being overwritten.
- Parking Guard: When enabled and the vehicle is parked, the device can record footage triggered by vibrations detected by the G-Sensor. It requires a constant power source and will record for 30 seconds before shutting down if no further activity is detected.
Troubleshooting
Device Crashes/Freezes: Press the reset button on the back of the device.
File Error Message: Access the settings menu, navigate to "Default Setting," and restore the device to default. Then, reformat the memory card via the "Format" option in the settings menu.
Screen Stripe Interference: Ensure the correct power supply frequency is selected (50Hz/PAL).
Night Video Not Clear: Video clarity depends on ambient light. The camera is not equipped with night vision or light projection capabilities.
Date and Time Reverts to Default: Completely shut down the device from all power sources, then reconnect it. Alternatively, restore default settings and manually reset the date and time in the settings menu.
Video File Leak Seconds?: Turn off the motion detection feature or turn on the loop (cycle) recording function in the video settings menu.
Device Sudden Shutdown: Turn off the Parking Guard feature. High temperatures can cause the device to automatically shut down.

Mounting Caution
⚠️ CAUTION! Avoid airbags and any sharp corners when mounting the device.
Note: Before mounting the suction cup to the window, thoroughly clean the mounting area.
