Terms and Conditions for Philips Product Purchases Based on "LIDLEP" Voucher Codes

1. Definitions

Purchase of Philips products based on voucher codes: Actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period of July 1, 2025, 00:00 – August 15, 2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products using discount codes, allowing Participants to buy Philips brand products from www.philips.ro at a lower price.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the voucher's validity, with legal domicile or residence in Romania, who accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the purchase of Philips products using a voucher code, who meets the participation conditions and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher's validity period between July 1, 2025, 00:00 – August 15, 2025, 23:59.

Participating Products: Philips brand products marketed by the Organizer that can be purchased directly on www.philips.ro, identified by an active "Add to Cart" button.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

2.1 The series of Philips voucher codes is:

• LIDLEP: Voucher codes offering a 25% discount on the displayed price on the www.philips.ro website at the time of order finalization, for participating products described in section 3.3.

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

3.1 The Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher's validity period, as described in section 1, to purchase Products marketed exclusively on the philips.ro website. Participating products will have an active "Add to Cart" button.

3.2 Participating Products are available while stocks last.

3.3 Participating Products are from the following categories:

• Personal care products for women – Philips Lumea IPL
• Personal care products for women – Classic Epilators

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

4.1 Voucher codes are accessible and visible to clients of the merchant Lidl Discount SRL, validated participants registered in the partner's application, Lidl Plus, only during the voucher code's validity period:

• Voucher code from the "LIDLEP" series offers a 25% discount on participating products (described in section 3.3) available for sale on www.philips.ro and can be used from July 1, 2025, 00:00 – August 15, 2025, 23:59.

4.2 Voucher codes are non-transferable.

4.3 Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes. A Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

4.4 The discount offered by voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

4.5 The discount offered by voucher codes cannot be combined with "Special Offer – Save by Buying Together" promotions.

4.6 To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Add the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field without spaces, then click "Apply" to apply the discount.
3. Finalize the order.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will adhere to the general terms and conditions of the philips.ro website.

5.2 By using any voucher code during the period of July 1, 2025, 00:00 – August 15, 2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the action organized by Philips Romania SRL, thereby acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

5.3 Participants purchasing Philips products with a voucher code cannot receive the cash equivalent of the voucher codes or request their exchange in any way.

5.4 Philips expressly prohibits the commercial offering of Philips vouchers by Clients or third parties, especially in internet auctions or through other web platforms.

5.5 This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

5.6 Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients of these changes on its website (philips.ro).

5.7 Philips Romania cannot be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-granting of voucher codes:

• For participants who use voucher codes in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses or delays in website registrations due to technical defects independent of Philips Romania's will, or losses, delays, or other problems caused by the participant's Internet provider/connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro web page due to reasons beyond Philips Romania's control.
• Inability to purchase products that are out of stock on the philips.ro website during the voucher code's validity period.
• Philips Romania is not liable for any damages that may be suffered by participants in connection with the vouchers used, regardless of the nature of these damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that would establish such liability.
• Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud in this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or other acts or attempts that could affect Philips Romania's image.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel/disregard any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse access to users for part or all of the functions of the web pages related to the promotional action, in case of suspicion of fraud by users through actions or inactions of a fraudulent nature or with potential for fraud regarding the use of benefits/rewards granted through the web page, by using false information/identities or accounts other than personal ones, modification or access of information on web pages or computer systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that cause harmful actions or inactions, modification of the source code of the page, as well as any other types of actions or inactions of a fraudulent nature or involving computer falsifications, possession of tools for falsifying values, access, interception, disruption or alteration of the integrity of computer data or systems, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they exhibit behavior that prejudices Philips Romania's interests or the correct conduct of the action. If individuals who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes are identified, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by competent authorities and/or legal action against these individuals, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania assumes no responsibility for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for the use of the voucher after the expiration of the voucher code's validity period.

5.8 These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and implemented in full compliance with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the first instance through discussions between the contracting parties.
