Philips ONEBLADE20 Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Purchase of Philips products based on voucher code: Actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period 11.06.2025, 00:00 – 20.06.2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products using discount codes, allowing Participants to buy Philips brand products on www.philips.ro at a lower price.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the voucher's validity, residing legally in Romania, who accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the purchase of Philips products using a voucher code, who meets the participation conditions and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher's validity period between 11.06.2025, 00:00 – 20.06.2025, 23:59.

Participating Products: Philips brand products sold directly by the Organizer on www.philips.ro, which have the "Add to Cart" button active.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

The Philips voucher code is:

• ONEBLADE20 - A voucher code offering a 20% discount on the displayed price on www.philips.ro at the time of order finalization, for a minimum purchase value of 300 lei, for personal care products from the OneBlade Range.

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher's validity period, described in section 1, to purchase Products sold exclusively on the philips.ro website, provided the participating products have the "Add to Cart" button active.

Participating Products are available within the existing stock limits.

Participating Products belong to the following categories:

• Personal care products from the OneBlade Range on www.philips.ro

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

Voucher codes are accessible and visible to clients in the Philips Community who purchase products with discount codes, only during the voucher code's validity period.

• Voucher code "ONEBLADE20" offers a 20% discount on the shopping cart with a minimum value of 300 lei, for personal care products from the OneBlade Range on www.philips.ro, valid from 11.06.2025, 00:00 – 20.06.2025, 23:59.

Voucher codes are non-transferable.

Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes; a Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

The discount offered by voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

The discount offered by voucher codes cannot be combined with "Special Package - Save by Buying Them Together" type promotions.

To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Add the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field without spaces, then click "Apply" to apply the discount.
3. Finalize the order.

5. Miscellaneous

Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will adhere to the general terms and conditions of the philips.ro website.

By using any voucher code during the period 11.06.2025, 00:00 – 20.06.2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the campaign organized by Philips Romania SRL and thereby acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participants undertake to comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

Participants purchasing Philips products using a voucher code are not entitled to receive the cash equivalent of the voucher codes, nor the right to exchange them in any way.

Philips expressly prohibits the offering of Philips vouchers for commercial purposes by Clients or third parties, especially in online auctions or through other web platforms.

This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients of these changes on its website (philips.ro).

Philips Romania will not be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-granting of voucher codes:

• For participants who use voucher codes in violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses or delays in website registrations caused by technical defects beyond Philips Romania's control, or losses, delays, or other problems caused by the Internet provider / participant's Internet connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro web page for reasons beyond Philips Romania's control;
• Inability to purchase products that are out of stock on the philips.ro site during the voucher code's validity period.
• Philips Romania will not be liable for any damages that participants may suffer in connection with the vouchers used, regardless of the nature of such damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that establish such liability.
• Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud against this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or other actions or attempts that could affect Philips Romania's image.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel/disregard any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse users access to part or all of the functions of the web pages related to or assimilated with the promotional action, in case of suspicion of fraud by users through actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or potential, related to the use of benefits/winnings granted through the web page by using false information/identities or from accounts other than personal ones, modification or access to information on web pages or IT systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that cause harmful actions or inactions, modification of the page's source code, as well as any other types of actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or involving IT forgery, possession of tools for forgery of values, accessing, intercepting, disrupting or altering the integrity of IT systems or data, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they exhibit behavior that prejudices Philips Romania's interests or the proper conduct of the action. If individuals who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes are identified, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by competent authorities and/or in court, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania assumes no responsibility for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for the use of the voucher after its expiration period.

These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and applied in all respects in accordance with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising based on this contract will be resolved initially through discussions between the contracting parties.
