Terms and Conditions for Philips Product Purchases with Voucher Code “EPILARE20”

1. Definitions

Philips Product Purchase with Voucher Code: Actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro, exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period of June 23, 2025, 00:00 – July 2, 2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products using discount codes, allowing Participants to buy Philips brand products at a lower price on www.philips.ro.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the voucher's validity start date, with domicile or legal residence in Romania, who accept the terms and conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the Philips product purchase via voucher code who meets the participation requirements and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher's validity period (June 23, 2025, 00:00 – July 2, 2025, 23:59).

Participating Products: Philips brand products commercialized by the Organizer, available for direct purchase on www.philips.ro, which have the “Add to Cart” button active.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

2.1 Philips Voucher Code:

• EPILARE20: A voucher code offering a 20% discount on the price displayed on the www.philips.ro website at the time of order finalization.

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

3.1 The Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher's validity period, as described in section 1, to purchase Products commercialized exclusively on the philips.ro website. Participating products must have the “Add to Cart” button active.

3.2 Participating Products are available within the existing and available stock limits.

3.3 Participating Products belong to the following categories:

• Classic Philips epilators, product code BREXXX.

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

4.1 Voucher codes are accessible and visible in social media applications only during the voucher code's validity period, as follows:

• Voucher Code “EPILARE20” offers a 20% discount and is valid for use from June 23, 2025, 00:00 to July 2, 2025, 23:59.

4.2 Voucher codes are non-transferable.

4.3 Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes; a Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

4.4 The discount offered by voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

4.5 The discount offered by voucher codes cannot be combined with “Special Package – Save by Buying Together” type promotions.

4.6 To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the voucher code in the “Enter discount code” field without spaces, then click “Apply” to apply the discount.
3. Finalize the order.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will adhere to the general conditions of the philips.ro website.

5.2 By using any voucher code during the period of June 23, 2025, 00:00 – July 2, 2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the campaign organized by Philips Romania SRL, thereby presuming knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

5.3 Participants purchasing Philips products via voucher code cannot receive the cash equivalent of the voucher codes, nor are they entitled to request their exchange in any form.

5.3 Philips expressly prohibits the offering of Philips vouchers for commercial purposes by Clients or third parties, especially in online auctions or other web platforms.

5.4 This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

5.5 Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients of these modifications on its website (philips.ro).

5.6 Philips Romania will not be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-granting of voucher codes:

• For participants who use voucher codes in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses or delays in website registrations caused by technical malfunctions independent of Philips Romania's will, or losses, delays, or other issues caused by the participant's Internet provider/connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro webpage for reasons independent of Philips Romania.
• Inability to purchase products that are out of stock on the philips.ro website during the voucher code's validity period.

Philips Romania is not liable for any damages that participants may suffer in connection with the used vouchers, regardless of the nature of such damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that would establish such liability.

Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud of this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or other actions or attempted actions that could affect the image of Philips Romania.

• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel or not consider any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse users access to part or all of the functions of the related web pages or assimilated promotional actions, in case of suspicion of fraud by users through actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or potential regarding the use of benefits/winnings granted through the web page using false information/identities or from accounts other than the user's personal ones, modification or access to information on web pages or computer systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that result in harmful actions or inactions, modification of the page's source code, as well as any other types of actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or involving computer falsifications, possession of instruments for falsifying values, accessing, intercepting, disrupting, or altering the integrity of computer information or data or computer systems, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they exhibit behavior that prejudices the interests of Philips Romania or the correct conduct of the action. If individuals are identified who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by the competent authorities and/or in court of the respective persons, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania is not responsible for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for the use of the voucher after the expiration of the voucher code's validity period.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and implemented in full compliance with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the first instance through discussions between the contracting parties.
