Terms and Conditions for Philips Product Purchases with "25SONICARE" Voucher

These Terms and Conditions supplement the general Philips terms and conditions available at: https://www.philips.ro/c-e/shop/terms-and-conditions, applicable only during the validity period of the "25SONICARE" voucher codes, from 01.07.2025, 00:00 to 31.08.2025, 23:59.

1. Definitions

Purchase of Philips products using a voucher code: actions organized by Philips Romania on www.philips.ro exclusively for individuals, aimed at stimulating sales during the period 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59.

Benefits: Purchase of Philips products using discount codes, allowing Participants to buy Philips brand products on www.philips.ro at a lower price, within the oral hygiene category.

Participant: Individuals aged at least 18 years old by the start date of the voucher code's validity, domiciled or legally residing in Romania, who accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.

Client: A participant in the purchase of Philips products using a voucher code, who meets the participation conditions and uses at least one Philips discount code offered during the voucher's validity period between 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59.

Participating Products: Philips brand products marketed by the Organizer and available for direct purchase on www.philips.ro, which have the "Add to Cart" button active.

2. Voucher Value and Validity

2.1 The Philips voucher code is:

• 25SONICARE - Voucher code offering a 25% discount on orders over 300 Lei for Philips Sonicare oral hygiene products (electric toothbrushes, water flossers, and accessories), applied at checkout for orders with a minimum value of 300 Lei.

3. Products Available for Purchase with Philips Vouchers

3.1 Philips voucher codes described in section 2 can only be used during the voucher's validity period, as described in section 1, to purchase Products marketed exclusively on the philips.ro website, where the "Add to Cart" button is active for participating products.

3.2 Participating Products are available within the existing stock limits.

3.3 Participating Products belong to the following categories:

• All products in the oral hygiene range (electric toothbrushes, water flossers, and accessories) Philips Sonicare, sold on www.philips.ro.

4. Receiving and Using Philips Vouchers

4.1 Voucher codes are accessible and visible to Campaign Participants on the Social Media pages (Instagram, TikTok) of Philips Partners during the campaign period, as follows:

4.2 Voucher codes are non-transferable.

4.3 Voucher codes cannot be combined with other voucher codes; a Client can use only one discount code per order. Using multiple voucher codes for one purchase is not possible.

4.4 The discount offered by voucher codes can be combined with existing price reductions on www.philips.ro.

4.5 The discount offered by voucher codes cannot be combined with "Special Package - Save by Buying Together" type promotions.

4.6 To benefit from the discount, Clients must:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
2. Enter the voucher code in the "Enter discount code" field without spaces, then click "Apply" to apply the discount.
3. Complete the order.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, products purchased using Philips vouchers will adhere to the general terms and conditions of the philips.ro website.

5.2 By using any voucher code during the period 01.07.2025, 00:00 – 31.08.2025, 23:59, Clients participate in the action organized by Philips Romania SRL and are presumed to know and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and provisions of this document.

5.3 Participants purchasing Philips products using a voucher code cannot receive the cash equivalent of the voucher codes, nor are they entitled to request their exchange in any way.

5.3 Philips expressly prohibits the offering of Philips vouchers for commercial purposes by Clients or third parties, especially in online auctions or through other web platforms.

5.4 This offer is valid until its withdrawal from the market. The Client declares understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

5.5 Philips reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Philips will inform all Clients of these modifications on its website (philips.ro).

5.6 Philips Romania will not be held responsible for any of the following situations that may lead to the non-granting of voucher codes:

• Participants using voucher codes in violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Losses or delays in website registrations due to technical failures independent of Philips Romania's will, or losses, delays, or other problems caused by the Participant's Internet provider/connection.
• Inability to access the philips.ro web page due to reasons beyond Philips Romania's control;
• Inability to purchase out-of-stock products from the philips.ro site during the voucher code's validity period.
• Philips Romania is not liable for any damages that may be suffered by participants in connection with the vouchers used, regardless of the nature of such damages, except for situations expressly provided by law that would establish such liability.
• Philips Romania is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud or attempted fraud of this Campaign, the system used, as well as in case of any abuse or other acts or attempts that could affect Philips Romania's image.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to cancel/disregard any order in case of fraud or attempted fraud and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, without prior notification to the Client, as a result of non-compliance with the participation/registration conditions established by Philips for the respective actions/campaigns.
• Philips Romania reserves the right to refuse access to users for some or all functions of the related web pages or assimilated to the promotional action, in case of suspected fraud by users through actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or potential regarding the use of benefits/gains granted through the web page using false information/identities or from accounts other than personal ones, modification or access to information on web pages or computer systems, by inserting or manipulating harmful scripts or those that result in harmful actions or inactions, modification of the website's source code, as well as any other types of actions or inactions with a fraudulent character or involving computer falsifications, possession of tools for falsifying values, accessing, intercepting, disrupting or altering the integrity of computer information or data or systems, carrying out illegal operations with illegal devices or programs, or if they have behavior that prejudices Philips Romania's interests or the correct conduct of the action. If individuals who have influenced, defrauded, or facilitated the winning of prizes are identified, Philips Romania has the right to request prosecution by competent authorities and/or legal action against those individuals, based on existing evidence.
• Philips Romania does not assume responsibility for: (i) incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect use of the voucher, as well as for voucher use after the expiration of the voucher code's validity period.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions will be drafted and implemented in full compliance with Romanian legislation. Disputes arising from this contract will be resolved initially through discussions between the contracting parties.
