2 Overview
The Loctite CL10 Single LED Controller is a UV light source designed to emit a spot of light at wavelengths of 365nm or 405nm. It is utilized in adhesive Light Cure bonding applications.

4 Installation
Please check the unit for any mechanical defects. If shipping damage is present, do not install or use the equipment and immediately contact the shipping company and supplier.
4.1 Capacity

4.2 Dimension

4.3 Caution
- To prevent heat damage, position the unit horizontally on a level surface. Improper positioning may cause damage.
- Avoid placing the unit next to high voltage equipment or heat sources.
- Ensure no objects are placed on the power cable.
4.4 Installation Flow
- Place the controller horizontally on a level surface.
- Connect the power cable to the controller using the supplied power cable. The power connector is labeled 'XS-1' and indicates AC 100-240V 50/60Hz with a fuse rating of 2AMP 250VAC.
- Connect the LED head to the connector labeled '
' located under the power button. - Caution: Press the power switch to turn on the LED head; press again to turn off. When using a PLC or extension cable, a '0V' indication means the LED head is working.

5 Controller Button and Operating
5.1 Component Name and Function

5.2 Button and Display Instruction
5.2.1 Button Instruction
- Power Switch: Power On/Off.
- Arrow Buttons (Up/Down): Edit settings.
- SET Button: Confirm or enter menu.
5.2.2 Display Instruction
- Intensity %: Displays intensity data information.
- Time S: Displays time data information.
5.3 Operating
5.3.1 Startup
- Place the equipment in a stable space.
- Avoid placing near high voltage machinery.
- Do not block ventilation holes.
- Do not expose to flammable gas.
- Avoid high temperatures or extreme cold.
- To prevent electric shock, disconnect equipment from the electrical supply before servicing.
- To prevent button damage, do not press buttons with excessive force.
- Prevent metallic foreign matter from entering the LED head connector, as it may cause shorts, damage, and fire.
- Do not connect any non-LED head cable to the connector; this may cause errors and damage.
5.3.2 Starting Controller
After installation, plug in the power cable and press the Power button. The red LED indicator light inside the power button will illuminate when the unit is powered.
5.3.3 Working Mode
Once the LED head is plugged in, the controller automatically enters Working Mode.
5.4 Parameter Setting
5.4.1 Intensity Setting
- Enter working mode.
- Press and hold the Up arrow button [▲] to set intensity. The intensity data will flash when the button is pressed and stop flashing when released.
- Use the Up arrow [▲] or Down arrow [▼] button to adjust the intensity.
- Press the SET button twice to confirm and save the setting.
5.4.2 Time Setting
- Enter working mode.
- Press and hold the Down arrow button [▼] to edit the time. The time data will flash.
- Use the Up arrow [▲] or Down arrow [▼] button to change the time value.
- Press the SET button to confirm and move to the next setting unit.
- Press the SET button twice to confirm and save when finished with the last setting.
5.5 Working Mode Setting
In Working Mode, you can switch between Manual and Timer modes by holding the SET button. In Timed Mode, the set time is displayed. In Manual mode, 'oFF' is displayed under 'Time S'.
5.6 Working Temperature
Press the SET button once while in working mode to display the temperature of the LED head.
- When both Intensity and Time data are flashing, pressing either arrow button allows adjustment of either intensity or time, depending on which arrow is pressed.
- The foot switch functions only in working mode.
- The controller automatically enters working mode if left idle in setting mode for 60 seconds.
5.7 LED Head Unit and Foot Switch
- Properly measure and define the working distance before using the LED head.
- Do not touch the LED tip during use, as high temperatures can cause injury.

6 Shutdown
Step 1: Press the Power button to turn off the controller. The red indicator light will turn off simultaneously.
Step 2: Disconnect the power cable.

9 WARRANTY
Henkel expressly warrants that all products referred to in this Instruction Manual for Loctite® CL10 Single LED Controller (hereafter called “Products”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Liability for Henkel shall be limited, as its option, to replacing those Products which are shown to be defective in either materials or workmanship or to credit the purchaser the amount of the purchase price thereof (plus freight and insurance charges paid therefore by the user). The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty shall be such replacement or credit.
A claim of defect in materials or workmanship in any Products shall be allowed only when it is submitted in writing within one month after discovery of the defect or after the time the defect should reasonably have been discovered and in any event, within (12) months after the delivery of the Products to the purchaser. This warranty does not apply to perishable items, such as (indicate items: fuses, filters, lights, etc.). No such claim shall be allowed in respect of products which have been neglected or improperly stored, transported, handled, installed, connected, operated, used or maintained. In the event of unauthorized modification of the Products including, where products, parts or attachments for use in connection with the Products are available from Henkel, the use of products, parts or attachments which are not manufactured by Henkel, no claim shall be allowed.
No Products shall be returned to Henkel for any reason without prior written approval from Henkel. Products shall be returned freight prepaid, in accordance with instructions from Henkel.
NO WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO ANY EQUIPMENT WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED, MISUSED, NEGLECTED, OR DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION, HENKEL MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS.
ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OTHER WARRANTIES OF WHATEVER KIND (INCLUDING AGAINST PATENT OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT) ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY HENKEL AND WAIVED BY THE PURCHASER.
THIS SECTION SETS FORTH EXCLUSIVELY ALL OF LIABILITY FOR HENKEL TO THE PURCHASER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT OR OTHERWISE IN THE EVENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE FOREGOING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, HENKEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH, THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS AND SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE FROM HENKEL OR OTHERWISE.
