Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach side panels (B and C) to the main frame. Insert 8pcs of 5/16×20mm Hex-Head bolts (1) through 8pcs of 5/16 Lock washers (4) and 8pcs of 5/16×19mm Flat washers (5) into the designated holes on panels B and C. A close-up shows the order of hardware: bolt, lock washer, flat washer.

Step 2
Attach the front panel (D) to the structure. Secure it using 4pcs of Ø4×15mm Screws (8) and 4pcs of 50×20×4mm Drawer stoppers (14). The diagram shows the screws passing through the panel and into the frame, with drawer stoppers positioned.

Step 3
Continue assembling the main bed frame. Connect panels D, B, C, and E. Use 4pcs of 5/16×50mm Hex-Head bolts (3), 4pcs of 5/16 Lock washers (4), and 4pcs of 5/16×19mm Flat washers (5). The diagram shows these components being joined to form the basic bed structure.

Step 4
Attach the back panel (A) to the assembled frame. Secure it using 4pcs of 5/16×50mm Hex-Head bolts (3), 4pcs of 5/16 Lock washers (4), and 4pcs of 5/16×19mm Flat washers (5). Also, use the 4mm Allen Key (6) for tightening. The diagram shows panel A being fitted and secured.

Step 5
Attach the Support Legs (P) and install the Slats (N, O). Use 4pcs of 1/4×19mm Flat washers (15), 4pcs of 1/4 Lock washers (16), and 4pcs of 1/4×35mm Hex-Head bolts (17) to secure the support legs. Then, place the Slats (N, 4pcs) and Center Slats (O, 2pcs) onto the frame supports. The diagram shows the legs being bolted in place, followed by the placement of the slats.

Step 6
Secure the remaining Slats (N). Use 8pcs of Ø4×30mm Screws (7) to attach the slats to the frame. The diagram shows screws being driven through the slats into the supporting structure.

Step 7
Install the remaining Slats (F). Use 12pcs of Ø4×30mm Screws (7) to attach these slats to the frame. The diagram shows screws being driven through the slats into the supporting structure.

Step 8
Begin drawer assembly. Attach Drawer Front Panels (G) to Drawer Side Panels (H). Use 4pcs of 5/32×20mm Screws (10) and 4pcs of Handles (11) for each drawer. The diagram shows the panels being joined and handles being attached to the front panel.

Step 9
Continue assembling the drawer boxes. Connect Drawer Support Mid Strips (J) and Drawer Support Strips (K) to Drawer Front Panels (M) and Drawer Back Panels (I). Use 12pcs of Ø4×40mm Screws (12) and 12pcs of Ø8×30mm Wooden Dowels (13). The diagram shows the framework of the drawer being constructed.

Step 10
Complete the drawer box assembly by attaching the Drawer Bottom Panels (L). Secure these panels using 8pcs of Ø4×40mm Screws (12) and 8pcs of Ø8×30mm Wooden Dowels (13). The diagram shows the drawer bottom panel sliding into place and being secured.

Step 11
Attach the Wheels (9) to the bottom of the assembled drawer boxes. Use 16pcs of Ø4×15mm Screws (8) to secure 8pcs of Wheels (9) to the underside of each drawer. The diagram shows the wheels being screwed into place.

Step 12
Finalize the drawer assembly by attaching the Drawer Side Panels (H) and Drawer Front Panels (G) to the main drawer box structure. Use 4pcs of 5/16×30mm Hex-Head bolts (2), 4pcs of 5/16 Lock washers (4), and 4pcs of 5/16×19mm Flat washers (5). The 4mm Allen Key (6) may be used for tightening. Step 13
