Introduction
This document provides instructions for using the Elitech RCW-360 2G/4G/WIFI data logger. It covers device appearance, charging, power operations, Elitech App setup, WiFi configuration, cloud access, and technical specifications.

Appearance
The Elitech RCW-360 device features the following components:
- Antenna*: For wireless communication.
- Alarm indicator: Visual alert for alarms.
- Power indicator: Shows device power status.
- Display: Segment display showing time, temperature, humidity, and status.
- Power On/Off button: Used to turn the device on and off.
- Charging port: USB port for charging the device.
- External sensor*: Port for connecting an optional external sensor.
- Menu button: Navigates through device menus.
The device display shows:
- Time: Current time (e.g., 18:30).
- Battery indicator: Shows remaining battery level.
- Signal strength: Indicates network signal quality (e.g., 4 bars).
- Temperature value: Current temperature reading (e.g., 24.8°C).
- Humidity value: Current humidity reading (e.g., 46%).
- Device status: Indicates operational status (e.g., 'F' for WiFi config mode).
- Offline points: Number of data points logged while offline.
*Note: The external sensor and antenna shown in illustrations are for representational purposes and may differ from the actual product.
Charging
To charge the device:
- Connect the USB port of the device to a power adapter using a cable.
- Plug the power adapter into a power supply source.
During charging, the device's Power indicator light will turn green. When the device is fully charged, the green Power indicator light will turn OFF.
Power ON/OFF
To turn ON: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. The screen will light up, and the device will be turned ON successfully. ✔️
To turn OFF: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. The screen will close, and the device will be turned OFF successfully. ✔️
Elitech App and Device Setup
Elitech App
1. Download: Please scan the QR code on the front of the manual or search 'Elitech' on the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
2. Login: Register and log in to your account.
The app login screen includes fields for username and password, a 'Remember password' checkbox, a 'Login' button, and links for 'Register now' and 'Forgot password'.
Add Device (SIM Card Version)
Follow these steps to add your device:
- In the app, click the ➕ [add icon] button.
- Click and scan the QR code located on the back of the device.
- Click [Add] button. The device will then be added to your account.
The device list interface shows options to search and query devices, displaying details like Device Name, Model, Sensor Data, GUID, and Online status.
Device: WiFi Version Configuration
To configure the device for WiFi:
- Connect your mobile phone to your preferred WiFi/WLAN network.
- Open the Elitech App.
- Press and hold the Menu button ☰ for 10 seconds until the screen displays 'F' ?, indicating the device is ready for WiFi configuration.
Follow these steps for WiFi configuration:
- Click ➕ [add icon] in the app.
- Click and scan the QR code on the back of the device.
- Click [Add] button to add the device.
- A dialog box will appear: "Add device success. The device scanned is a WiFi device, would you like to set WiFi?". Click [OK] button.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password in the provided field.
- Wait for the Wi-Fi settings process to complete. The screen will show "ACCF238E630is connecting WIFI." and then indicate "WiFi is configured."
- Click [OK] button to finish all WiFi configuration procedures.
If the configuration fails or you wish to change to another WiFi network, repeat steps 3 and 4. When the 'F' icon disappears from the device display, WiFi is configured successfully. ✔️
Elitech Cloud
1. Login Cloud Portal:
- Access the Elitech Cloud portal by typing www.i-elitech.com into any web browser.
- Register and log into your account for more operations and functions.
- Click ℹ️ [help icon] from the Cloud Portal page for additional Cloud and App operation instructions.
2. Top up SIM card credit:
If your device is the SIM version, please top up your SIM card credit directly through the Elitech APP.
