Elitech RCW-360 Plus 4G/WIFI User Manual
I. Overview
This product is a wireless Internet of Things monitor, providing real-time monitoring, alarm, data recording, data uploading, and large screen display of temperature and humidity. Integrated with the "Elitech iCold" platform and APP, it enables functions like remote data viewing, historical data query, remote alarm push, and equipment GPS positioning (4G version only). It is widely used in the food, medicine, catering, international warehousing, and logistics industries.

2. Interface
4G Version Interface:
- 1. Monitoring status: Indicates the current status of the device.
- 2. Channel 1: Displays data from the first probe.
- 3. Current temperature: Shows the current temperature reading.
- 4. Upper limit mark: Indicates the upper limit for temperature.
- 5. Lower limit mark: Indicates the lower limit for temperature.
- 6. Channel 2: Displays data from the second probe (if applicable).
- 7. Upper and lower alarm limits for temperature setting: Displays configured temperature alarm thresholds.
- 8. Upper and lower alarm limits for humidity setting: Displays configured humidity alarm thresholds.
- 9. Signal intensity: Shows the strength of the cellular or Wi-Fi signal.
- 10. Time and date: Displays the current time and date.
- 11. Bluetooth icon: Indicates Bluetooth status (off or on).
- 12. GPS icon: Indicates GPS status (off or on).
- 13. Power status icon: Shows power source (battery or USB).
- 14. WIFI icon: Indicates Wi-Fi connection status (connected or configuring).
- 15. Number of local data cache groups: Displays the count of data not yet uploaded.
- 16. Current humidity: Shows the current humidity reading.
- 17. Temperature and humidity display area: Main area for readings.
Note: When temperature and humidity exceed upper limits, values are in red; below lower limits, values are in blue.

III. Operation Instructions
1. Installing and removing the probe (Only aircraft head interface)
Align the aviation plug with the interface and insert it. Turn the screw clockwise to fix the probe. To disassemble, turn the screw counterclockwise and pull out the probe.

2. Charging
Connect to the power adapter via USB cable. The charging indicator flashes during charging and is always on when fully charged.
3. Power on/off
Press and hold the power on/off button for 3 seconds to turn the device on/off. The device cannot be turned off while recording.
4. Start recording
When the equipment is in an unmonitored running state, press the "Start" button for 3 seconds. In the pop-up box, click "Yes" to start, then click the "Menu" button to confirm.

5. Stop recording
When the equipment is in a monitored running state, press the "Stop" button for 3 seconds. In the pop-up box, click "Yes" to stop, then click the "Menu" button to confirm.

6. Maximum, Minimum, Average View
Click the "Menu" button to enter the maximum, minimum, and average display page.

7. Menu
Press the "Menu" button for 3 seconds to enter the main menu. Button functions:
- "Menu" button: confirm/select
- "Start" button: switch up
- "Stop" button: switch down
Menu Options:
- 1. Bluetooth Print: For printing data via Bluetooth.
- 2. Display Settings: Adjust brightness, backlight time, and date format.
- Brightness: 5 levels available (5 is brightest).
- Backlight time: 4 options (1 min, 10 min, 30 min, normally on).
- Date format: 3 options (yyyy-mm-dd, dd-mm-yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy).

- 3. Configuration: Set parameters like recording interval, upload interval, buzzer alarm, GPS positioning, and alarm delays.

- 4. Device Information: View details such as device name, GUID, offline data capacity, operator code, and ICCID.

- 5. WIFI Config: Configure Wi-Fi settings (for Wi-Fi version).
4. Print data
Ensure the Bluetooth printer is connected. Select "Bluetooth printing" from the menu to enter the printing interface. Wait for the printer to connect, then select data to print.

IV. Elitech iCold Platform
Please scan the QR code on the cover or search for "Elitech iCold" in the App Store or Google Play to download the Elitech App.
1. APP Login
- Login account: Register a new account if you don't have one.
- Add Device: After logging in, select "New" to add a device. Scan the QR code or enter the GUID. Fill in the device name and choose the time zone. Click "Add".

WiFi network configuration (Only WiFi Version):
- Connect your mobile phone to your preferred WiFi/WLAN network.
- Turn on the device. Navigate to "WIFI config" via the Menu, select "smartlink mode", and confirm. Wait for the "[Wi-Fi icon]" icon to appear.
- Follow the "Add Device" steps. The APP will prompt for Wi-Fi configuration. Click "OK" to proceed if the device is not connected, or "CANCEL" otherwise.
- Configure the Wi-Fi network by entering the password. The "[Wi-Fi icon]" icon will appear upon successful configuration. If timed out, verify the Wi-Fi password and reconfigure.
- To reconfigure Wi-Fi, repeat steps 1 and 2. Then, go to "Device Information" on the APP, click the "[Wi-Fi icon]" icon, and follow steps 2-4.

3. Device Management
After the device starts recording and is added to the platform, wait for data upload to display online. Refer to III-3 for starting recording.
To make further configurations (e.g., historical data, temperature unit, alarm limits, upload intervals), enter the device information page.
Note: If the device temperature unit is changed, it must also be changed in user settings (More-Setting).

VIII. Top-up
Free data and advanced platform service are activated upon the first registration. After the probation period, customers need to recharge the device by referring to the operation manual.
