Charging
Use a USB cable to connect the device to a power adapter and then to a power supply source. During charging, the device's Power indicator light will turn green. When the device is fully charged, the green Power indicator light will turn OFF.
ON/OFF
- ON: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. The screen will light on and the device is turned ON successfully.
- OFF: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. The screen will close and the device is turned OFF successfully.
Elitech App
- Download APP: Please scan the QR code on the front of the manual or search 'Elitech' on the App Store or Google Play to download the app.
- Login: Register and login to your account.
Add Device
SIM Card Version
Follow these steps to add a SIM card version device:
- Click the '+' icon.
- Click and scan the QR code on the back of the device.
- Click 'Add' and the device will be added.
Device details such as Device Name, Model, and GUID will be displayed.
WiFi Version
- Connect your mobile phone to your preferred WiFi/WLAN network.
- Open the Elitech App.
- Press and hold the Menu button for 10 seconds until the screen displays 'F', indicating the device is ready for WiFi configurations.
WiFi Configurations:
- Click '+'.
- Click and scan the QR code on the back of the device.
- Click 'Add' and the device will be added.
- Click 'OK' to finish WiFi configuration procedures.
Enter Wi-Fi password: Input your Wi-Fi password.
Wait for Wi-Fi settings: The device will attempt to connect.
If configuration fails or you want to change to another WiFi network, repeat steps 3 and 4 to re-configure. When the 'F' icon disappears, WiFi is configured successfully.
Elitech Cloud
- Login Cloud Portal: Type www.i-elitech.com into any web browser to access the Elitech Cloud portal. Register and log in for more operations and functions. Click 'Help' from the Cloud Portal page for more instructions.
- Top up SIM card credit: If your device is a SIM version, please top up your SIM card credit directly on our Elitech APP.
