Assembly
Assembly of Top and Bottom Tube
Before fitting the top and bottom tubes, place the movable handle over the middle part.
Note: The adjustable handle cannot be fitted after the tubes are assembled.
Adjustable Handle
- Fit the bottom tube into the top tube, aligning the screw holes.
- Insert the locking screw through the aligned holes in both tubes and secure with the nut.
- Important: To insert the locking screw, carefully move wires inside the tube with a rounded object. Avoid sharp objects that could damage wires.
Adjust the Handle
- Adjust the handle to a comfortable working position.
- Tighten the adjuster screw.
Connection to Power Point
- Make a loop in the extension cord.
- Pass the loop through the hole on the back of the top handle and hook it onto the stress reliever.
- Connect the extension cord to the snow shovel. Secure the cord so it cannot come loose during work.
- Plug the extension cord into a power point.
Starting and Stopping
- To start: Press the safety lock on the top handle with your thumb and press the power switch with your fingers. The safety lock can be released once the motor starts.
- To stop: Release the power switch.
Important: Carefully inspect the area for foreign objects before use.
Tips for Use
- Start the shovel, tilt it so the scraper blade rests on the ground, and push forward. Adjust speed for efficient snow clearing based on snow depth and weight.
- Direct snow discharge left or right by angling the shovel slightly.
- For best results, throw snow downwind and use overlapping movements.
- For deep snow, use sweeping movements with both handles to remove the top layer (up to 15 cm per pass). Make multiple passes if necessary.
- Keep the power cord away from obstacles, the snow screw, and sharp edges. Avoid jerking, treading on, or running over the cord.
- Always switch off and unplug the shovel after use.
Clearing the Rotor Housing
Warning: Never clear the rotor housing with your hands. Contact with the snow screw risks serious personal injury.
- Switch off the appliance and pull out the plug.
- Wait 10 seconds to ensure the snow screw has stopped completely.
- Use a suitable tool to clear the rotor housing or release the snow screw. Never use your hands.
Maintenance and Storage
General Maintenance
- Regularly check all connections for tightness and ensure the appliance is in safe working condition.
- Follow all instructions and safety guidelines, including storage.
- Keep safety information stickers clean and legible; replace if necessary.
Replacing the Snow Screw
Warning: Switch off and unplug before starting.
The process involves removing side panels, securing the snow screw, removing the nut, lifting the belt, removing screws/bushings from the drive plate, removing the rotor shaft, and then replacing the snow screw and reassembling.
Replacing the Belt

Electrical Safety
- Connect only to a fused and RCD protected power point.
- Use only outdoor-approved extension cords.
