01. Parts Display
The controller features a detailed layout with the following components: Mode Indicator Light (?), LT, LB, Video Button, LS (Left Joystick), A/B/X/Y Action Buttons, LED1, LED2, RT, RB, Menu Button, LED3, LED4, Triangle Button, Cross Button, RS (Right Joystick), Home Key, M2, USB Connector (?), M1, 3.5mm Headphone Jack (?), FN, M1, Type-c Cable Cord (?).

02. BIGBIG WON Support APP
The controller supports real-time data control via the dedicated BIGBIG WON Support APP. While shortcut settings offer basic control, the app provides advanced customization for lighting effects, motion sensor, joysticks, triggers, buttons, and macros, offering more detailed visual control. Users can save and load custom configurations for multiple controllers.
Caution: Applying settings via the app after using shortcut settings may lead to conflicts. The app might create an "Unnamed" profile by scanning the controller's current settings.
03. Connection
This is a wired controller. Connect it to your device using the provided Type-C cable.
Important: The controller supports both Xinput and Switch modes. Ensure you switch to the correct mode for your platform: Xinput for PC, Switch for Nintendo Switch. The default mode is Xinput.
- For Steam: On PC, navigate to Steam's 'Settings' > 'Controller' > 'General Controller Settings' and enable 'XBOX ACCELERATOR SUPPORT'. Failure to do so may result in the game not recognizing the controller.
- For Switch: On Nintendo Switch, go to 'Settings' > 'Controllers and Sensors' and enable 'Pro Controller Wired Communication'.
04. Mode Change
The controller supports both Xinput and Switch modes. To switch modes:
To Switch Mode: Press and hold the A
+ HOME
buttons for 3 seconds until the mode indicator light turns red.
To Xinput Mode: Press and hold the B
+ HOME
buttons for 3 seconds until the mode indicator light turns green.
05. Lighting Effects
The controller features built-in lighting effects. Double-click the FN
button to toggle them on or off. Shortcut settings allow cycling through preset effects. For advanced customization of color, brightness, modes, and speed, use the BIGBIG WON Support APP.
06. Key Mapping
The controller includes two extendable back buttons (M1/M2) with key remapping capabilities.
Key Mapping Setup:
- Press
FN
+ (M1

). The mode indicator will turn green. - Press the front button you wish to map to
M1

. - The mode indicator will flash green twice, confirming successful mapping.
Key Mapping Removal:
- Press the back button (
M1
/M2
) you want to unmap. - Double-click the

Shortcut settings only support mapping front buttons to the back buttons (M1/M2). The companion app allows remapping of all controller buttons.
07. Rapid Fire
The controller supports rapid fire for eight buttons: A

Rapid Fire Setup:
- Press
FN
+ the desired button. The orange mode indicator will flash, indicating successful activation. - The 2nd and 3rd LEDs will flash according to the rapid fire frequency.
Rapid Fire Removal:
- Press the button for which you want to cancel rapid fire.
- Double-click the
FN
button. - The orange mode indicator will flash, confirming the removal of rapid fire.
Rapid Fire Frequency: Press FN
+ [Left Arrow] button to cycle through 5/s, 10/s, and 20/s frequencies (default is 5/s).
Shortcut settings are limited to the eight specified buttons. The app allows enabling rapid fire for all controller buttons.
08. Macro Recording
The controller features macro recording. Each macro set requires binding a back button (M1/M2) as a trigger. Recordable inputs include A

, and the eight directions of the joysticks.
Record Macro:
- Press and hold
FN
+ (M1
/M2
) for 3 seconds. The mode indicator will flash red, entering macro recording mode. - Press controller buttons to record the macro sequence.
- Press
FN
to finish recording. The mode indicator will flash red twice, indicating completion. - During macro playback, the 4 LEDs will flash from left to right until the macro finishes.
Cancel Macro:
- Double-click the macro button (
M1
/M2
) you wish to cancel. - The red mode indicator will flash twice, confirming the macro has been removed.
Shortcut settings provide basic macro recording functionality. The BIGBIG WON Support APP allows for detailed editing of step durations and intervals, saving multiple macro sets, and creating a macro database for immediate use.
09. Motion Sensor
The controller supports motion sensing using its built-in gyro for controlling joystick input. It offers three modes: "Left Joystick Full Sensor", "Right Joystick Full Sensor", and "Right Joystick Responsive Sensor".
Activating Motion Sensor Modes:
- Press
FN
+ Left Joystick (LS
) to activate "Left Joystick Full Sensor". - Press

Shortcut settings can only toggle the motion sensor on or off. For nuanced control tailored to different games, it is recommended to use the BIGBIG WON Support APP to configure specific motion sensor settings.
Note: For games that utilize the Switch platform's native sensor functionality, separate motion sensor activation is not required.
10. SWITCH Native Sensor
Many games on the Nintendo Switch console allow for direct sensor control without needing to configure the controller's motion sensor. Ensure the motion sensor function is turned off in these instances.
11. Gyro Calibration
To calibrate the gyro:
- Place the controller on a horizontal surface.
- Press and hold the
FN
+ [Triangle Button]. All 4 LED indicators will flash. - Calibration is complete when the LED indicators flash twice and then turn off.
12. Quick Trigger
The Quick Trigger function optimizes rapid clicking for linear triggers. Once activated, a trigger remains in the "closed" state after being pressed, allowing for immediate re-triggering without a full release, thus maximizing click speed.
Quick Trigger On/Off:
- Press the [Triangle Button] + Trigger (
LT
/RT
). The blue mode indicator will flash twice to confirm successful setting/completion.
Shortcut settings can only toggle the Quick Trigger on or off. The BIGBIG WON Support APP allows for more advanced control, including trigger left/right adjustments and deadzone settings (front and back).
13. Joystick Trigger Calibration
This calibration is necessary if you experience joystick drift, incomplete maximum input, or if trigger auto-activation values are not reaching maximum linear values.
Calibration Procedure:
- Simultaneously press and hold the
View Button
+Menu Button
for 3 seconds. All 4 LED indicators will flash slowly. - Push the joysticks to their extreme limits and rotate them 3-5 times at a uniform speed.
- Press the
LT
/RT
buttons to their extreme limits and release 3-5 times. - Finally, press and hold the
View Button
+Menu Button
simultaneously. The LEDs will flash twice and turn off, indicating calibration is complete.
14. Screenshot
The controller supports one-touch screenshot functionality. Press the [Triangle Button] in either Xinput or Switch mode to capture your screen.
(On PC platforms, screenshots are saved in 'Computer' > 'Images' > 'Screenshots'.)
15. Audio
The controller supports audio input and output. Connect headphones with a microphone to the 3.5mm audio port located on the bottom of the controller.
You can adjust the audio volume using the FN
+ [Up Arrow]/[Down Arrow] key combination (volume control is supported on PC platforms only).
16. Vibration Control
The controller features 4-level vibration control. Press FN
+ [Right Arrow] to adjust the vibration intensity of the trigger motors. Options include Strong, Medium, Weak, and Off.
17. Initialize Reset
To reset the controller to its factory default settings, press and hold the HOME
button for 10 seconds. The controller will vibrate to confirm the reset.
