Polaris JBL RCA Out Harness Installation
For use with UTV Stereo Elite Series Amplifiers
Step 1
Remove the OEM amplifier plug on the factory 4-CH amplifier.
Step 2
Remove the 4 mounting screws from the 4-CH amplifier.
Step 3
Remove the amplifier from the vehicle and set aside.
Step 4
Prepare the JBL RCA harness for installation.
Step 5
Connect the harness to the factory 4-CH plug.
Step 6
Remove the universal plug connector when using a UTV Stereo Elite Series Amplifier.
Step 7
After removing the universal end, plug the stereo connector directly into the Elite amplifier.
Step 8
Connect the RCA plugs, labeled for convenience.
Step 9
Plug in the remote wire.
Step 10
Install amplifier mounting plate to firewall in factory location (UTVS-XPD-AMPMT-FW shown, sold separately).
Step 11
Mount the amplifier to the mounting plate.
Step 12
Route and secure the harness away from all moving parts.

UTV Stereo Elite Amplifier Installation
Front Channels:
- FL+: White
- FL-: White/Black
- FR+: Grey
- FR-: Grey/Black
Rear Channels:
- RL+: Green
- RL-: Green/Black
- RR+: Purple
- RR-: Purple/Black
Universal Installation Harness Included.
We recommend using a UTV Stereo Elite Series Amplifier to avoid any unwanted feedback.
Important Notes

Warning: Make sure the key is in the "OFF" position before making any connections to prevent damage to your electronics!
The JBL RCA Out Harness is only for the front & rear channels. If you want to add a subwoofer, you will need the JBL Sub Out Harness.
JBL Sub Out Harnesses sold separately:
- Part# UTVS-JBL-RC-SUB-OUT for use with Polaris XPEDITION
- Part# UTVS-RNG-RC-SUB-OUT for use with Polaris RANGER 1500
Installation shown on Polaris XPEDITION. Process is very similar for Polaris Ranger 1500; the JBL amplifier is located in the dash just left of the steering column.
