Assembly Steps

Frame Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble the main ELVARLI frame structure.

Step 1: Attach Pole Connectors

Insert 4x 121902 pole connectors into the base of the vertical poles. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 2: Assemble Base Structure

Assemble the base components of the frame. This may involve connecting base plates or initial uprights.

Step 3: Install First Shelf

Attach the first shelf using 4x 144574 shelf brackets and 4x 144575 shelf brackets. Ensure the shelf is level.

Step 4: Attach Side Supports

Connect side support panels or bracing elements to the frame structure.

Step 5: Secure Components

Use 4x 119030 cam locks to secure various frame components. Rotate the cam locks to tighten.

Step 6: Attach Brackets

Mount 2x 146693 brackets onto the vertical poles at the designated positions.

Step 7: Install Drawer Slides and Hardware

Attach 2x 146677 drawer slides to the frame. Install the wheel (117784) and rod (100092) as shown.

Step 8: Add Support Wires

Insert 2x 101513 support wires into the frame structure for added stability.

Step 9: Place Back Panel

Slide or attach the back panel into the frame. The diagram shows a panel being placed downwards.

Steps 10-13: Drawer Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble the individual drawer units.

Step 10: Assemble Drawer Base and Sides

Connect the base panel of the drawer with its side panels. Use 4x 101372 dowels to align and secure the parts.

Step 11: Secure Drawer Sides

Fasten the drawer side panels using 4x 118331 screws.

Step 12: Attach Drawer Front/Back Panels

Connect the front and back panels to the assembled drawer sides and base.

Step 13: Secure Drawer Box

Use 4x 119030 cam locks to firmly assemble the drawer box structure. Rotate cam locks to tighten.

Step 14: Attach Drawer Front

Connect the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer box. The diagram shows a close-up of the connection mechanism.

Step 15: Insert Drawer Bottom

Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer box. The diagram shows the panel being inserted downwards.

Step 16: Secure Drawer Box

Reinforce the drawer box structure by fastening it with 4x 110519 screws.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Front Fittings

Install the specific fittings for the drawer front, including parts like 147170 and 146970. This may involve rotating or clicking components into place.

Step 18: Attach Drawer Runners

Mount the drawer runners (4x 139251) onto the sides of the assembled drawer box. Ensure they are oriented correctly.

Installation

Follow these steps to install the drawers into the assembled frame.

Step 19: Attach Drawer Slides to Frame

Mount the main drawer slides (1x 125323 left, 1x 125324 right) onto the vertical poles of the frame. Use 4x 100349 screws for each slide. Ensure they are parallel and at the correct height.

Step 20: Attach Drawer Brackets

Attach the necessary brackets (2x 195225) and connectors (2x 110670) to the drawer unit, preparing it for insertion into the frame slides.

Step 21: Insert Drawer

Carefully slide the assembled drawer into the mounted drawer slides on the frame. The diagram shows the drawer being pushed in, with a close-up of the runner mechanism engaging. Rotate the mechanism to secure.

Step 22: Add Shelves/Supports

If applicable, install additional shelves or supports using parts like 4x 101345 shelf supports.
