2. Before Use

2.1. Install SIM Card and Memory Card

2.1.1. SIM Card

Before using the phone, insert a valid SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card, provided by your network supplier. The SIM card stores network connection information, names, telephone numbers, and SMS. You can use the SIM card in any GSM mobile phone.

To prevent data loss or damage, avoid touching the metal contact surface of the SIM card and keep it away from electricity and magnetic fields. Damaged SIM cards will prevent normal phone use.

Prompt: Power off the phone before removing the SIM card. Never insert or remove the SIM card with external power connected, as this may damage the SIM card and the phone.

2.1.2. Inserting and Taking out SIM Card

The metal contact surface of the SIM card is easily scratched. Handle with care.

  1. Power off the phone and remove the rear cover and battery.
  2. Insert the SIM card according to the screen printing on the phone.
  3. To remove the SIM card, pull it straight out.

Prompt: Inserting two SIM cards is the default setting. If only one SIM card is inserted, some menu options may not be available.

The phone will display a warning message when the battery is low and will power off automatically when the battery is empty. Avoid leaving the battery in a low-charge state for extended periods, as this can affect its quality and lifespan. Do not overcharge the battery.

Prompt: Use only the designated charger for normal phone operation.
