RTD Probes with Connection Head
ProSense offers robust RTD probes designed for accurate temperature sensing across various industrial applications. These probes feature a high-quality 100 ohm platinum RTD 3-wire element, delivering Class A accuracy. The probe sheath is constructed from 1/4" diameter, 316 SS (Stainless Steel) for superior resistance to harsh environments. Internally, the RTD element is encased in alumina powder insulation, which enhances vibration dampening and thermal conductivity.
Probes are available in standard lengths of 6", 12", and 18".
The connection head is made from durable cast aluminum, rated NEMA 4X and IP66 for protection against dust and water ingress. It features a screw-on cover with a gasket, designed for easy, one-turn removal and installation to prevent cross-threading. A 3/4" NPT conduit opening is included, with an internal stop to prevent overtightening and installation damage. Gripping ribs on the cover edge aid in handling, and a stainless steel cover chain prevents loss.
Internal wiring utilizes a ceramic terminal base equipped with brass terminals and stainless steel screws, eliminating the need for wrapping wires around screws. An elevated terminal block simplifies wire termination.

Compression Mounting Fittings
These fittings are essential for securely mounting temperature probes. Available in both brass and 316 stainless steel, they cater to various probe diameters (1/8", 1/4", 6 mm, 10 mm) and NPT male thread sizes (1/8", 1/4", 1/2").

Once a compression fitting is fully tightened onto a probe, the ferrule locks onto the probe and cannot be removed or reused.

Designed for quick and secure sensor installation, these bayonet adapters are available in lengths from 7/8" to 3-1/2". They feature a standard 7/16 inch outside diameter and 9/32 inch inside diameter, with a 1/8 inch MNPT connection, ensuring broad compatibility.

Pipe Clamp Adapters
ProSense Pipe Clamp Adapters are engineered for use with adjustable immersion thermocouple and RTD sensors, providing a straightforward method for sensing temperature on pipe exteriors. These adapters offer adjustable diameters ranging from 11/16 to 7 inches.
