I. Control Board Operation Instruction
Control Panel Diagram Description: The control panel features an indicator light for the top heating element, a thermostat for the top heating element, an indicator light for the bottom heating element, a thermostat for the bottom heating element, a timer, a power switch, and a switch for the internal lighting.
1. Operating Instruction of the PEKG20 Control Board:
- The left switch controls the internal lighting.
- The right switch controls all heating elements. Turn it on to enable the thermostats. Indicator lights turn off when the heating elements reach the set temperature. If the power switch is "On", the timer will not function. To use the timing function, first turn off the power switch; the timer then acts as a "power switch".
- Two thermostats separately control the top and bottom heating elements and their respective indicator lights.
II. Functions

V. Installation Instruction
- All electrical power unit and circuit connection must be installed by a qualified electrician adhering to safety standards.
- Connection must be based on requirements.
- Ensure the rubber feet are securely installed.
- The product should be placed in a well-ventilated area on a solid platform. Maintain at least 10cm space between the product and walls or barriers. Keep the product away from combustible materials and ensure a fire extinguisher is readily available.
- Remove the protective packaging film from the surface.
- The power wire must be connected according to safety standards. Verify that the voltage and frequency conform to the product's parameters. Install a double-pole switch before connection. The working voltage error should be within ±10%.
- Important: The product must be connected to ground.
- Connect the cable to the power supply using a screwdriver according to the connection diagram. Loosen the screw inside the power point, plug in the cable, and ensure the sheet copper compresses the power line tightly. Incorrect connection may cause joint heating and burning of the power cord.
VI. Operation Instruction
- Turn on the power supply.
- The oven temperature can be adjusted between 0~350°C.
- Turn the timer clockwise to the desired time. The indicator light will turn on, and the heating element will start working. When the set temperature is reached, the indicator light will turn off. If the temperature drops below the set point, the heating element will automatically reheat, and the indicator light will turn on again.
- The internal lighting helps monitor the baking process.
- Cooking time depends on the amount of food; more food requires longer cooking time.
- Turn off the power when not in use.
VII. Warning
- If cleaning, repairing, or moving the machine, always pull out the plug first.
- Do not touch the switch or plug with wet hands.
- The machine cannot be flushed directly. Be careful not to let water flow into the switch during cleaning.
- Keep children away from touching or using the machine.
- The ground wire must be connected. All connections must be reinstated after maintenance.
VIII. Maintenance
- Pull out the plug before performing any maintenance. Clean the chamber after it has cooled down.
- For daily cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe off grease from the chamber. Do not flush the chamber directly with water. For cleaning the baking stone, remove it, use a fur brush to clean its surface, rinse with water, and then dry it thoroughly. Avoid using any cleanser on the baking stone, as it can absorb water and cleanser, potentially affecting food flavor.
- It is recommended to have the machine maintained by a qualified electrician once a month.
