Introduction
This Get Started guide is intended to help you begin using your WORX Landroid robotic mower. Installation Steps
Follow these steps to install your Landroid:
- Base Station Placement: Position the base station on a level surface, ideally within the mowing area, with at least 30 cm (≥30cm) clearance on the sides and 80 cm (≥80cm) clearance from obstacles in front. Ensure at least 1 meter (≥1m) clearance from corners.
- Boundary Wire Installation: Lay the boundary wire around the perimeter of the lawn. Maintain specific distances from lawn edges and obstacles: approximately 26 cm (10.2 inches) from the lawn edge, 10 cm (4 inches) from obstacles, and 4 cm (1.5 inches) from the base station.
- Wire Connection: Connect the ends of the boundary wire to the terminals on the base station, ensuring the correct "OUT" and "IN" connections.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the base station and plug it into a power outlet.
- Mower Placement: Place the Landroid mower onto the charging contacts in the base station to begin charging.
Note: Precise measurements for wire placement and clearances are critical for optimal performance. Refer to the diagrams for exact positioning relative to lawn edges, obstacles, and corners.
