Samsung Multi Buy Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer Eligibility and Period

Customers purchasing the Primary Device (any variant) between 5th July, 2025, 00:00 hrs and 30th Sep, 2025, 23:59 PM (“Multi Buy Offer Period") are eligible for the Multi Buy Offer. This offer provides an additional discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device as per the table below.

10% Off on List Price for Select Monitor SKUs

To be eligible, a customer must purchase the Primary Device from Samsung Shop. Only one Secondary Device can be purchased with one Primary Device in the same cart/bill to avail the offer benefits. Samsung Shop will facilitate an instant discount/Multi Buy Offer as mentioned.

Customer participation in the Multi Buy Offer is voluntary. The offer cannot be converted or used in any other form other than an instant discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device, provided the Primary Device is also purchased.

Offer Details at Samsung Shop

For new Primary Device purchases during the Multi Buy Offer Period:

1. Customers purchasing the Primary Device on Samsung Shop will be informed about the Multi Buy Offer via on-site promotions, 'buy together' recommendations, add-to-cart prompts, and other communications.
2. Prices for both the Primary and Secondary Devices listed on Samsung Shop are inclusive of all taxes.
3. The offer is applicable on the list price on Samsung.com / Samsung Shop app at the time of purchase.
4. The shipping of the Primary/Secondary Device is subject to stock availability.

Customer Initiated Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified during the Multi Buy Offer Period. Any doorstep rejections or unsuccessful deliveries will incur a charge based on a specified grid, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This applies to both Primary and Secondary Devices.

Refunds for cancellations or doorstep rejections/unsuccessful deliveries will be issued after deducting:

• A cancellation fee (as applicable).
• The Multi Buy Offer benefit (as availed by the customer).

Scenario 1: If the customer cancels both the Primary and Secondary Devices before either is delivered or shipped by Samsung, Samsung will refund the amount paid for both devices after deducting the cancellation fee (if applicable). The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible.

Scenario 2: If the customer receives the Secondary Device, or if it has been shipped by Samsung, before cancelling the Primary Device or the Secondary Device, the customer is eligible for a refund for the Primary Device only after adjusting the Multi Buy benefit and deducting the cancellation fee (if applicable). The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible. Both devices will be on an 'As Is' basis and delivery is subject to stock availability.

Samsung Initiated Order Cancellation

In the unforeseen event that Samsung cancels the order, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

General Terms and Conditions

• By availing the Multi Buy Offer, customers consent to be contacted via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email for this offer or future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
• Product images, features, and specifications are for representational purposes only; actual products may vary. The Multi Buy Offer is available while stocks last.
• Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend, or withdraw the Multi Buy Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Samsung may substitute selected products for redemption with devices/gifts of equivalent value at its sole discretion without providing reasons. The choice of color, make, and model of the gift(s) is at Samsung's discretion. No claims will be entertained in this regard.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
